'O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me.
Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising,
thou understandest my thought afar off.
Thou compassest my path and my lying down,
and art acquainted with all my ways.
For there is not a word in my tongue,

Thou hast beset me behind and before,

Such knowledge is too wonderful for me;

Hello there,
All who have the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour and Lord, by God's grace, have a testimony to give: of the Lord's dealings with them, and the lessons learned along the way, learned through trial and God's gracious deliverance. Yet sometimes they cannot be shared because of the involvement of others, whose stories are not ours to share. Yet, what can be shared is the gratitude felt to the God of all grace, Whose love took us into the trials, and brought us out the other side once the trial was over, much wiser than when we went in.
In the name of Christ Jesus,
our risen and glorified,
Saviour, Lord and Head.
