I want to pray for everyone, in Jesus name, who are dealing with situations in their lives in which they cannot overcome on their own. I pray that God is with each and every one of you and may God Bless You all and give you peace and strength in your lives. I stand in the need of prayer for some situations in my life as well: I am in need of a better job to be able to meet the needs that life demands. I am also dealing with the loss of a good friend of mine. Long story short, we've known each other for many months(he is also a good Christian man), and in that time, I had fell in love with him and my actions and feelings towards him made things awkward between us. I am so depressed because I may have destroyed a beautiful friendship due to my selfish need to be closer to him. It makes me sad to know that now, he may no longer want anything to do with me and I miss him terribly. I'm so heartbroken over this. Please pray for me.

Well, you've come to the right place and hopefully at the right time to find an ear, a voice, to cry, laugh, pray with.

Most times, from what I've come to find is that the believer is right where God wants them to be. It's surprising to find that believers, that we must be in a satisfied state in order to be where God wants us to be, or we're doing something wrong. Paul in Philippians 4:4 in which he states "Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.". So important he said it twice! REJOICE wordwarrior! No matter how bad it seems. Turn the pain, the anguish, the loneliness, all the worries over to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Think it won't work? Tried have you?

Sometimes looking at the condition of another, may help. Realize how blessed you are! That you have a job! How many don't have jobs? That you had a friend! How many people have never had friends to share experiences with?

I won't go on and on and on.......I'm quite capable of doing so (to my own chagrin at times). Just know you're not alone and that prayerfully & with hope; you may have truly found your way by the Spirit of God to the right place here at TJ.....just remember that bring it to the Lord is better than all of us here put together

Oh yeah.....Do you know where Paul was when he said to Rejoice? Prison! If you can rejoice there, you can pretty much say it's really about us and the Lord. Rather then location or timing.
Know you are being prayed for and loved through Christ Jesus.
