Is The Bible Racist Sexist and Irrelevant?

According to today's standards of the world's society it is both racist and sexist.

Matt 15:26; And He answered and said, "It is not good to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs."
Mark 7:27; And He was saying to her, "Let the children be satisfied first, for it is not good to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs."

Who were "the dogs" here? Non-Jews.

1Pet 3:5; For in this way in former times the holy women also, who hoped in God, used to adorn themselves, being submissive to their own husbands;
1Pet 3:6; just as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord, and you have become her children if you do what is right without being frightened by any fear.
1Pet 3:7; You husbands in the same way, live with your wives in an understanding way, as with someone weaker, since she is a woman; and show her honor as a fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers will not be hindered.

Whoa, how's that for misogynist statement! Women should be submissive to their husbands? They are weaker than men? News flash - that's what the Bible says.

Eph 5:22; Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord.
Eph 5:23; For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the church, He Himself being the Savior of the body.

Want to start a fight? Tell that to some women these days. But it is what the Bible says. Some of us are blessed with wives who don't have a problem with this.

Is it "Irrelevant"? Ha! It's the very words of God Himself.

1Pet 1:25; BUT THE WORD OF THE LORD ENDURES FOREVER." And this is the word which was preached to you.

Society and standards change. ( Homosexuality wasn't accepted for thousands of years ) but God's word and His standards never change.
The Bible is more relevant than ever.

In ancient Israel, a man's eldest son was automatically his principal heir for
perpetuating the father's estate. Daughters were typically not included among a
man's heirs because their destiny was with a husband and his family away from
their father and their family.

However, a special case arose in the 27th chapter of the book of Numbers where a
man with five daughters died leaving behind no sons to perpetuate his estate: and
the covenant that Moses' people agreed upon with God contained no instructions for
fathers lacking male heirs.

So the man's daughters consulted Moses for a legal solution to their deceased
father's dilemma, and Moses in turn consulted God. That all resulted in the creation
of a new rule (thus far unheard of in Israel) allowing a man's daughters to become
his principal heirs in the absence of a son. The only caveat was that the daughters
had to marry men within their deceased father's tribal affiliation to prevent some of
his tribe's territory being lost to outsiders. (Num 36:1-12)

My point is: God took the daughters' side in the matter and Himself personally
stepped up and did right by them; which should help towards convincing certain
women that God isn't the total sexist bigot that the world sometimes makes Him
out to be.

The Holy Scriptures are none of these foolish accusations. The problem with the Scriptures is the Chapter and Verse System man imposed upon them. Each "book" in the Bible is from Yahova in the form of a Tale or better yet, a letter to the People of God. These letters can lead one to follow and seek after Yahova but true comprehension is impossible without the Indwelling of Ruah, the Holy Spirit.

My wife taught herself greek and came to the conclusion that the english translations of Paul's letters contain numerous sentences with the periods in the wrong places. She did that all on her own with close to no influence from me one way or the other on Paul, other than our prior arguments proving the catholic church is both right and wrong on numerous matters compared to protestant.

Depending on which way you go from declaring the periods are in the wrong places, you either end up along the lines of jesuswordsonly.com, which has no shortage of arguments proving paul is the man Jesus warned about, and the man Jacob prophesied of Benjamite Wolf

Or you end up in the other direction and conclude that paul actually upheld the law and taught torah obedience, not lawlessness, and that is how you reconcile his teachings.

Having an eighth-grade formal education and GED to qualify for Military Aviation Training I am relying on scholars such as your wife but not enough to forget my primary instructor is Ruah, a.k.a. the Holy Spirit. It is not hard to see that sentences are broken in the translations though. My chief issue with the Printed Scriptures will always be the Chapter and Verse System these letters from Yahova to us have been broken into. The Scriptures are much better viewed as letters from our Holy Heavenly Father.

Being a Baptist and failing repeatedly, I live to follow Yashua and see the Ten Commandments as the most beautiful Word Illustration of our Savior. This is a task I am often maligned over but just the same, I strive, failing and repenting.

I agree 100%...
