Hi,
It's been a few months since last time I wrote.Last time
I was on the site I had just begun my journey with God.
The last coupe of months I've found a church that I like and
Getting bible study from one of the pastors.
I am still constantly reading as much as I can on the subject.

Last week when I was working in my front yard I had two
Jehovah Witness guys come over for a talk. I told them I had found Jesus and I was happy with that. They started telling me that Jesus never said he was God. I told them that I disagree with that and they left.
I came inside and had a quick flick threw bible and found 2 verses were I thought that Jesus had explained this. John 8 :58 - I Am
John 10: 30. - the Father and I are one.
These were 2 examples I thought expelled this .
Could anyone give me advice on this because I'm sure they will be back. There hall is only a couple of streets away.

I think "I and the Father are one.” makes it clear, but if they come back here are some more.

Hi Amzel,

I wanted to give you a few more verses where Jesus Himself is talking about He and the Father being one and another one where gabriel visits Mary and she is told she will have the Son of God. Hope they help you out.

John10:25-30 I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in My Father's name, they bear witness of Me. But you do not not believe because you are not of My Sheep, as I said to you. My Sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of my Father's hand. I and My Father are one.

Luke1:29-33 But when she saw him she was troubled at his saying, and considered what manner of greeting this was. Then the angel said to her, " Do not be afraid,Mary, for you have found favor with God and behold you wll conceive in your womb and bring forth a son, and shall call His name Jesus. He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever and of His kingdom there will be no end.

John14:11 If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him."
Philip said to Him, Lord show us the Father and it is sufficient for us.
Jesus said to him, Have I been with you so long and yet you have not known Me Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father, so how can you say "Show us the Father?" Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on my own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me dose the works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves.

God bless You!
