Matthew 11:28-30 NIV

28-Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened,
and I will give you rest.

29-Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I
am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest
for your souls.

30-For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

Are we struggling? Do we feel like we are barely keeping
our head's above water?

If we feel like we are struggling and striving just to make
it we need to turn to Jesus. He will give us rest.

If we say that we have turned to Jesus and we think
His yoke is hard and His burden is heavy, we may be deceived.

We need to cast our care on the Lord and learn of Him. So
many people are striving and struggling to get
God to love them when He already loves them and accepts them.

Living a successful Christian life is not done by our own
strength or willpower. It is the result of depending on the
Lord. Only He can do it.

Quit trusting in your plans and abilities and efforts, and
trust in Jesus instead. Turn things over to Him. Let Him be
Lord in your life.

We will learn of Jesus and trust in Him. Jesus is my Lord
and he alone gives me rest.

Very true. There is so many times that I try to do things on my own, but yes I have learnt the real hard way to cast my burdens onto Jesus for He cares for me.
I think a lot of people are viewing the Father as they few their own dad. Well indeed I did. Sometimes I still struggle to accept the awesome great love and grace our heavenly Father has for us, but oh I know its real as I have already experienced His awesome love.
Yet sometimes I still attempt to do things on my own accord and what did I end up getting, I stomach ulcer and now suffer from anaemia as well due to the ulcer. All of this pain and suffering could have been prevented/limited if I sooner learnt just to turn to Our Father when things got too much for me.
At one stage I had an disagreement with a friend. She was trying to proof to me that God truly loves me for whom I am with all my thorns and mistakes. I did not believe her and thus told her so. Later in the week I had a dream where I lined up in line with loads of other people. We all stood calmly in the row and as I went to the front of the row there was Jesus (obviously as I pictured Him). I walked forward and He gave me the huge hug and just held me in His arms. For that moment, that felt asif it was a few seconds, I could virtually feel the pain, problems and everything disappear and flow out of my body. I then got up and made place for the next person.
The whole dream was so tender and well even when I was awake I felt that peace and saveness and love just being in His arms for that short while that I wished I could be there forewever.
That dream did not only made me realise and "feel" the love our Heavenly Father has for us, but it made me realise that there is truly rest in His arms. It was also the dream that influenced me most to walk closer to God and to yearn to go home oneday.

Why did Yahweh created the Earth?

In my life I have experience things,People die and others are newly born,as the word of God said in ecclessiastic.1:4 "one generation passeth away and another generation cometh but the earth abideth forever".
I ve come to understand one thing that God has not created this earth in vain, he has created it to be inhabited that is why God said in Numbers 14:21 that As truely as He live all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord.

Your post reminds me of the adage that says " Its not work when you enjoy what you're doing".

If the "work" we are doing is anointed by God, He will make the power to do it available to us and He will give us joy in the doing of the thing ("The joy of the Lord is your strength" Neh 8:10). If we are not experiencing joy in the work, it may be a sign that our engaging in that work is not God's will for us, noble though the work may be.

In the church I used to attend, many worthy projects were undertaken but did not come to completion simply because they were not anointed by the Lord. The elders would make decisions and ask God to bless those decisions, but they never sought His guidance in the discussions that led to those decisions. And so they grew frustrated and discouraged when things did not go smoothly.
