How is everyone?

I have read the above on got questions. What does it mean? I have read the verses but an not getting much understanding from it. How is sins bite deadly and how do you play with it?

As as far as i belive there is nothing God wont forgive if you come in true repenetance so would i be right in thinking that the playing with sin is in regards to the unrepentant?
