Just diagnosed with high blood pressure, on meds but it's been very hard to work.

Please pray that my doc and I can figure out the right meds that will work , cause the ones I'm on right now aren't.
They make me so drugged out I can barely work. The high blood pressure I can deal with when I'm home but when I 'm working it
is very, very hard!!
I just woke up after work today, after sleeping from 5 PM -10 PM, I am exhausted and very worried about my health.
So please pray for God's miracle in my life, as I also have Neuropathy(nerve damage in my legs and sleep apena) and it is also adding up to
a lot of medical problems which are dibilaiting and making it very hard to work as I'm 65.
I'd like to retire but as many others, I can't afford to.
So I covet your prayers for these issues.

Eat some regular beets, in can or blend in blender "NO PICKLE" and drink about 6 oz and then again at night 6oz, and stay away from meat and eat some bananas and drink plenty of water. it should drop at least about 20 points in a day. and no salt and process meats and see what happens, the water will flush the salt out of your system. see if that will help with the medicine you are taking.

Test it and monitor your blood at home and see what happen, if results you know what you must do.
And Like My youngest Daughter told me when she was a teen: Dad I will not fall in love with food. in other words, "eat what you need" not what you want. and don't eat that much. "discipline" Like the doctor told me once. Drink plenty of water and lay off of The sugar. and about three mos. when I went in for a check up, he said, Mmmmm you have lost some weight about 20 lbs. some thing is wrong~ I drop from 232 pounds to 206 I always walked or rode my bike about 3 miles a day. I said, Do some test. I ask him why? To see why you are loosing weight, I said to him, well you told me to lay off the sugar! I did. LOL! he said oh. People don't normally do what I tell them to do! I always been a big Muscular man. 6ft. I got use to not having sugar in my diet, people was complaining that I was losing weight. I always exercised only thing different I stop eating sugar I felt great,
 
Blood pressure can be reduced with correct breathing techniques just as heart rate can. Please research it, most doctors do not like to talk about it because its so simple and would put them out of a job. You tube is loaded with help.

First rule is to breath through your nose, not your mouth. Especially when you sleep, even if you have to tape your mouth shut. Nose breathing produces nitro oxide wich mouth breathing does not. "The nitro oxide helps the bood flow reducing the pressure. One way to get a boost of nitro oxide is breath in through nose and hummmm our nose this humming boost the production of the NO.

One search on youtube will give you tons of info.

This is goos advice. Also sit 2 or 3 times a day and with eyes closed in-breathe deeply into your belly and out through pursed lips (slowly) a number of times in a row. This is known to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system which slows your brain waves and lowers your blood pressure. Do this daily, and make definite changes dietarily, until you and your doc figure this out. Be blessed and yes I will also pray.
