i can not say for sure but sometimes an update is happening or something similar to that.

It’s done that to me before too. If you post something and you want to say something else it will make you wait so many minutes to post another post if it’s on the same forum thing.

I made a few posts. I received one message that said I would have to wait 45 seconds to post again. And so I went elsewhere on the internet and then I returned and submitted my post. And then, I posted again, and then I received a message saying that I would be able to post in over 4 MINUTES. It's difficult to keep the conversation flowing with such delays.
