Millenium. Describes the thousand years reign of Christ on earth (Revelation 20:4)

The 1000 year reign of Christ with the saints , we enter the Millenium...after the battle of armageddon, the lord spares some nations and they enter the Millenium with us... these are the nations we will rule with a rod of iron along side Christ, as appointed.

Not all is understood here but most is. Then after the Millenium Satan is loosed to deceive who he can of these nations, then God destroys them by fire out of heaven. After this Christ delivers up the kingdom to God and eternity begins... with a new heaven and earth, as well as the new Jerusalem.

1Co 15:24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the
kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
1Co 15:25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
1Co 15:26 The last enemy [that] shall be destroyed [is] death.

In order of occurrence....

Below is the 1000 year reign and then the Gog Magog War...this is likely not just Russia, but all nations from the four quarters of the earth...

Rev 20:6 Blessed and holy [is] he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be
priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand
years.
Rev 20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed
out of his prison,
Rev 20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog,
to gather them together to battle: the number of whom [is] as the sand of the
sea.

Rev 20:9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed
the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down
from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of
fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet [are], and
shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Heres the Great Judgement below....this earth/ heaven destroyed.

Rev 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from
whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no
place for them.

Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and
the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is [the book]
of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were
written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and
hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged
every man according to their works.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is
the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was
cast into the lake of fire.

New heaven new earth... and new Jerusalem, begin here below...Chapter 21

Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven
and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
Rev 21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from
God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

Rev 21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the
tabernacle of God [is] with men, and he will dwell with them, and they
shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, [and be] their
God.
Rev 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and
there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall
there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Rev 21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all
things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and
faithful.
Rev 21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the
beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the
fountain of the water of life freely.

Eternity begins....

Old testament prophecy about the 1000 year reign of Christ by the prophet Zechariah... and possibly some on the new heaven plus new Jerusalem and new earth, also may be some on the God Magog War. which i call point and jump prophecy, or double meaning prophecy (ie day of Pentecost prophecy of Joel)

Zec 14:1 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be
divided in the midst of thee.
Zec 14:2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle;
and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women
ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the
residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
Zec 14:3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those
nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
Zec 14:4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of
Olives, which [is] before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of
Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the
west, [and there shall be] a very great valley; and half of the
mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the
south.

Zec 14:5 And ye shall flee [to] the valley of the mountains; for the
valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like
as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of
Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, [and] all the saints with thee.
Zec 14:6 And it shall come to pass in that day, [that] the light shall
not be clear, [nor] dark:
Zec 14:7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not
day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, [that] at evening time it
shall be light.
Zec 14:8 And it shall be in that day, [that] living waters shall go
out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of
them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
Zec 14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day
shall there be one LORD, and his name one.

Zec 14:10 All the land shall be turned as a plain from Geba to Rimmon
south of Jerusalem: and it shall be lifted up, and inhabited in her
place, from Benjamin's gate unto the place of the first gate, unto the
corner gate, and [from] the tower of Hananeel unto the king's
winepresses.
Zec 14:11 And [men] shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more
utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.
Zec 14:12 And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite
all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall
consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall
consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in
their mouth.

Zec 14:13 And it shall come to pass in that day, [that] a great tumult
from the LORD shall be among them; and they shall lay hold every one on
the hand of his neighbour, and his hand shall rise up against the hand
of his neighbour.
Zec 14:14 And Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem; and the wealth of
all the heathen round about shall be gathered together, gold, and
silver, and apparel, in great abundance.
Zec 14:15 And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the
camel, and of the ***, and of all the beasts that shall be in these
tents, as this plague.
Zec 14:16 And it shall come to pass, [that] every one that is left of
all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year
to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast
of tabernacles.

Zec 14:17 And it shall be, [that] whoso will not come up of [all] the
families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of
hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.
Zec 14:18 And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that
[have] no [rain]; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will
smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
Zec 14:19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of
all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
Zec 14:20 In that day shall there be upon the bells of the horses,
HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD; and the pots in the LORD'S house shall be like
the bowls before the altar.
Zec 14:21 Yea, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holiness
unto the LORD of hosts: and all they that sacrifice shall come and take
of them, and seethe therein: and in that day there shall be no more the
Canaanite in the house of the LORD of hosts.

Old testament prophecies of the War of Gog and Magog... below by the
prophet Ezekiel.

Eze 38:1 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
Eze 38:2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the
chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,

Eze 38:3 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I [am] against
thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
Eze 38:4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I
will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of
them clothed with all sorts [of armour, even] a great company [with]
bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:
Eze 38:5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with
shield and helmet:
Eze 38:6 Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north
quarters, and all his bands: [and] many people with thee.
Eze 38:7 Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy
company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them.
Eze 38:8 After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years
thou shalt come into the land [that is] brought back from the sword,
[and is] gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel,
which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the
nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.
Eze 38:9 Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a
cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with
thee.

Eze 38:10 Thus saith the Lord GOD; It shall also come to pass,
[that] at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think
an evil thought:

Eze 38:11 And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled
villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of
them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,
Eze 38:12 To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon
the desolate places [that are now] inhabited, and upon the people [that
are] gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods,
that dwell in the midst of the land.
Eze 38:13 Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all
the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a
spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away
silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil?
Eze 38:14 Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say unto Gog, Thus saith
the Lord GOD; In that day when my people of Israel dwelleth safely,
shalt thou not know [it]?
Eze 38:15 And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts,
thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a
great company, and a mighty army:
Eze 38:16 And thou shalt come up against my people of Israel, as a
cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will
bring thee against my land, that the heathen may know me, when I shall
be sanctified in thee, O Gog, before their eyes.

Eze 38:17 Thus saith the Lord GOD; [Art] thou he of whom I have spoken
in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in
those days [many] years that I would bring thee against them?
Eze 38:18 And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall
come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, [that] my fury
shall come up in my face.
Eze 38:19 For in my jealousy [and] in the fire of my wrath have I
spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land
of Israel;
Eze 38:20 So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven,
and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon
the earth, and all the men that [are] upon the face of the earth, shall
shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the
steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.
Eze 38:21 And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my
mountains, saith the Lord GOD: every man's sword shall be against his
brother.
Eze 38:22 And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood;
and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people
that [are] with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire,
and brimstone.
Eze 38:23 Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will
be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I [am]
the LORD.

Will try to answer some questions, but most wont be answerable as the
lord and prophecy doesn't tell us all there is to know. Were not going
to get all the details out of prophecy, untill they come to pass.

God bless

Fellowservant,
What about the Old Testement saints that died before Christ came . ? Is it those who Jesus speaks of in Jhon 5:28-29.......

28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,

29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

Since they were not alive at the time of Christ they would not be called the dead in Christ. Is there a seperate reserection for them. ?

It says every man in his own order...Christ the firstfruits, and then them that are his at his coming. So yes there was a resurrection of some old testament saints. Why not all, i dont know, they may all have been taken in spirit, but only so many with a bodily resurrection...or all were raised. But remember every man in his own order, that way we dont go around saying that The resurrection is past.

1Co 15:23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.

Mat 27:52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,
Mat 27:53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.

So yes likely...the 24 elders in heaven may also be part of this groop.

God bless
