"More To It"
I open my heart to your calling,
and with my spirit I answer.
When I fall your hands
catch me, and when
I get hurt you heal me
because you love me
but there's more to it.
When I ask a question
and you remain silent
I admit I get frustrated,
but I guess it's the way you
answer because I'm not ready.
My eyes fall into the darkness
behind the blindfold of the
world, I want to just be free
from the stability
of this life but not just yet.
There is a reason I can never
just forget.
You put me here for a purpose,
and when I think I'm done
I am actually not because there is
more to it.
With you by my side
I can with stand all temptations,
I can fight off all destruction's caused
by sin and devastation.
With you close by my shadow,
you watch closely to make sure
I'm alright because your more then
a father figure and that's because
there's more to it. Your not just my creator,
your my best friend, your my everything
and yet there's something more to it
that make's you special over all.
It's something beautiful over all,
