Do we need to confess our sins daily?

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

If your sinning daily? We should not be sinning all the time. Sin is rebellion to God. Surly your not rebelling against God daily?

Listen we might sin unknowingly daily? But we are not sinning willfully daily. We hate sin and it will bother us lots to rebel against our Lord. And yes we should repent if we have?

If your not in control? You need to know the truth ,so you can over come sin .

Sin a killer and Can bring sickness and death and hurt others lives , who we deal with in life?

Everything people call Sin is Not Sin. Nothing entering our body defiles us. But anything that takes control odf us is No good a6t all and we should not let anything get control of our minds. This can lead to Sin?

I don't really look at it look it's a schedule (daily for example).
When Jesus taught the disciples how to pray (the Lords prayer) he taught them to ask for forgiveness (from the father).
Of course 1 Jn 1:9; as you posted above is a great verse also.
Psalms 51:1-4; is another great example of this.
1 Cor 11:27-31; talks about partaking the Lords supper (communion) in an unworthy manner, it says to make your heart right with God before partaking.
We are to take up our cross daily, and die to our selfish flesh daily, but I'm not sure we have to ask for forgiveness everyday.
Sometimes I just feel weighed down by sin. It is refreshing to confess and come clean before the Lord.
Hebrews 12:1-2; tells us lay aside the sin that (so easily) encumbers us and weighs us down.

Unrighteousness is basically un-Christlikeness, because Christ is our righteousness. If Christ is our righteousness, then we in our self are unrighteous. To be purified of unrighteousness is to be purified from our self.
So we should confess during the day, moment by moment, whenever we are in our self and not in God.
We normally think of sins as lust, greed, lying etc, and think we only need to confess these.
But we also need to confess our naturalness, our lack of spirituality, our prayerlessness. Whenever we've gone through the day with little thought of God, we need to confess that we are too much living in ourself and by ourself. The unadulterated truth and focal point of Paul's ministry was that God lives in us, but we grieve and quench Him so many times, and need to confess that, to regain an awareness of His living within us.

The wrong reason to confess, is because we think we have been naughty and God will punish us if we don't confess, or we will lose some blessing or reward. The right reason to confess is because we have offended the one who loves us the most, and we want to be in full communion and fellowship with Him and regain His presence in our life.

Confession is another way to enter into the presence of God, like thanksgiving and praising.

There are two kinds of forgiveness, judicial and parental. When we trust Christ as Lord and Savior, we receive forgiveness from the penalty of sins which is judicial forgiveness. When we now as believers confess our sins, we receive parental forgiveness (1Jn 1:9) which maintains fellowship with God our Father. Anyone who confesses and forsakes his sins has the assurance that God not only forgives but forgets (Heb 10:17). We too need to forget (Php 3:13) and press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus (Php 3:14). Amen

In truth we are to confess as soon as we sin or know we need to confess our sins. I am concerned about your question. Are you thinking talking with Jesus is a chore? I know at time we forget sins, but why would we not want to confess?

By confessing does it make things right? Does it depend on the sin?

anytime you knowingly sin you must confess that to God for forgiveness. You can not confess what you don't know, that is why the scripture says.....

1Jn 1:7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

Many times a Christian sins unknowingly, but as long as he walks in the "light" that he has, the blood of Jesus will cleanse the sin(s) we don't know we are doing.
