My dream last night

I had a pretty fascinating and strange dream last night. It was part of book of revelations. All I can remember is looking at the blue clear sky...suddenly the "expanding scrolls" opened the heavens (again like a scroll opening). Then, the strange part comes. I can't remember anything in between opening scrolls visual and the strange part, but the strange thing in the end was finding out the whole thing I saw before (the scrolls in the sky metaphor) was done by a person with a movie projector. Suddnly, in the day I was thinking of this. I suddenly thought "false prophet". I was I could remember a bit more because I know that extra bit that I can't remember now, I remembered earlier when I woke up and it added more to the sense of the whole dream. Other than that, I could be just doing that...dreaming lol

But, I must say it was pretty awesome yet now as I think "false prophet" I feel a bit confused. Maybe another day it will hit me with an answer.

I believe that some dreams are from the Lord; some are just our own mind working out our "stuff"; and some are what we ate for supper plus what we saw or heard before we fell asleep.

I always fall asleep listening to scripture. I can tell you one thing... NEVER eat pepperoni pizza and go to bed falling asleep to the book of Revelation!!! I dreamed of things falling out of the sky, all sorts of fantastic creatures and events. It was WILD -- I count it up to the pizza.

Sometimes God gives me the interpretation of dreams. I'm not getting anything on your sky/scroll/movie projector dream. (Did you eat pizza before bed???) lol

WOW! I had the fastest yet incredibly "wow" of a dream last night (or actually this morning). You know when you feel like you've had a powerful dream you're not sure if it was a quick minute or the entire night. However, it felt like a fast minute or "glimpse" should I say.

This is amazing....

I dreamt that I looked up to the clouds and saw a change of colors to the cloud, if I remember correctly it was becoming sort of "start trek" bluish (like a glowing beam). The clouds formed together into a big ball and simultaneously the beam of light forumed above it from heaven. It was clearly a sign that Jesus has come (now we know he is supposed to come back riding on a white horse). But, this was like a glimpse or what have you but I swear to you while i dreamt this I felt inside my heart screaming "Jesus!" and just crying for forgiveness. I was nervous and excited plus awed beyond belief at the same time. It was lightning adrenaline, and of course the light beam above it like a bright lightning. The world (or sky) seemed to just form together. I'l never forget this.

I'm sorry if I was not able to explain fully enough but this was just mind blowing!!!! I have had prayed to Jesus for "signs" and "dreams" many times in the past. Maybe this is a tease from GOD? Or a hint, sign perhaps?

All I have to say is wow. I mean even if it had nothing to do with GOD and just a dream, this was certainly Bible related / common to Scripture.

Read your dreams, Chad, and was intrigued by them. I have had several dreams but they were mostly verbal and has led to the writing of poems, songs and alagories.

Your dream 'false prophet'. It could be just that. In this later day many will raise up and do great and mighty things having all the appearence of Christ, but we must be aware - even be cautious of those who say they come in the name of Christ. We have to rely on Holy Spirit to show us the truth.

Maybe your other one was the 'real' Christ - I don't know. Sometimes we read a Scripture and our human mind - sub-conscious mind forms pictures and ideas of that Scripture. About Christ coming on a white horse - I believe a lot of the scripture is written metaphorically. Like this - Jewish Kings rode white horses or mules. The Jews belived their Messiah would come riding on a white steed to deliver them from the hand of their opressors - hence the statement. The Scripture in Acts has the statement spoken by the angel to the followers of Jesus - ".... this same Jesus will come again in like manner ..."

I have woke and said I'd been told "I have girded up your loins"
not knowing what this mean't I asked an elder in church and
he told me that it means to be strengthened, I believe this
was from the Lord indeed, as I had no dream at all just these
words in my head as clear as anything.

6 weeks I was hospitalized as well so it was mean't for me

The bible tells us that God talks to us in dreams. I believe it because he has given me dreams that game true. I believe that the scoll is the anti-christ's interpretation of the bible. So when he comes he can deceive the people that really don't know what they believe in(Matt.24 22-25). I really liked your second dream. I think that it goes with your first dream. The anti-christ comes first to deceive then the real christ is going to come, and the reason why you got the dreams is because you will see this happen.

Chad, I just saw this thread with your dreams. May I offer my initial feeling on your second dream? Please take it as a thought only. I have found in my dreams that blue is representative of the Holy Spirit. I feel the different colors coming together may represent the different denominations mankind has formed over the years. As they come together, the walls between them (& therefore the walls between Christians) are broken down...allowing for the fullness of God's characterisitics to come thru..hence the blue as in a ball (circular, unity, neverending, complete). The beam of light may be God's grace coming from Heaven as He smiles upon His children who have removed the ties that bind us from being called home for our family reunion.

Chad . The first dream was the false prophet also known as the antichrist ! The scrolls represent the false doctrines that come along with him ! The movie projector , represents manmade ideal's taken from the perversion of scripture's !

The second dream is the comming together for the rapture ! We will be caught up in the clouds along with all who went before us to live with Christ forever and ever !

The two dreams work together , almost at the same time . But the second comes first , and the first comes right after ! Praise the Lord forever ! Mike

Thank you for your reply Gloria including everyone else. I am so eager now to really understand MORE of these two dreams. I get a hint, but I am hungry for the Lord to reveal as much as He did to John in Revelations (of course THAT much is not going to happen lol) but I am really wanting to understand this more. Please pray that GOD may reveal wisdom and understanding of these two dreams to me, perhaps tonight! (I won't be able to sleep now lol)

This is serious stuff. I can tell you right now there is not a single day (literally) that I do not look at the time and see 9:11. I do NOT look at the clock so many times in the day (aside driving in the car which I say I rarely never drive at 9:11am or pm just by my natural schedule). It is NOT a coincidence that my head just happens to move itself to see 9:11 on the clock. This is and must be a serious warning "beginning of the end of times" from GOD. I can't think of anything else of why the couple of times I see the time in the day, at least once is 9:11

There is and are alot of end of times warnings out there coming from GOD. I just don't know all of course as I am just as curious and capable as all other believers.

I really want to know more. PLEASE pray that GOD reveals more and more understanding of these dreams to me, perhaps more dreams as well! Who would not want a dream from heaven?

Yes, that's just about what everyone else has said. All spoken in Truth found in Scripture as well for sure, obviously clear.

I just wonder if GOD is telling me something specifically to me, to do something (prepare and be obedient an obvious given with or without dreams).

The Lord is coming, soon. He has given you a powerful voice through the internet. He will reveal the dream to you. Maybe you should fast and pray.

"And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; men's hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory" (Luke 21:25-27, NKJV).

I believe that the Lord is preparing us for his return. He is coming.

Sometimes I have kingdom dreams. They come in groups. I will have four in a row, then not have any for two months. One of the first ones was I was standing in my front yard at night (I was 14) and the sky opened up with beautiful light. I saw a long staircase going from Heaven to earth. The staircase had angels on each side from top to bottom. At the top was a bright light, you could make out the figure of Jesus. I was so excited. I was jumping and yelling to people "Look, he's here. He's back!" They said what are you talking about? I was frustrated because most couldn't see any of this. Some saw but didn't care. Someone on a Christian station had a similar dream about gifts falling from the sky and some couldn't see and some didn't care. He said this shows how some reject Jesus because of the blindness of the heart and some just don't care.

Hi Chad,

No doubt the dream was a preparation for you for the coming of Christ in some way or the other....I say that meaningfully. Christ reveals himself - a type of coming- through many ways. But the item that spoke to me was that you began to cry out for forgiveness. If I had had the dream I would begin to work from that angle. Perhaps the Lord is reavealing your heart to yourself. He does that by the Spirit as you know and I have learned through the years that many of my dreams are an attempt of the Spirit to show me the need of my heart at that time.
