Let me tell you about my God

My God is above all things and all thing are subject to Him for it was He that spoke and the heavens came into being UNIVERSE… ONE VERSE this is the power of my GOD

He not only spoke it into being but put all in their place and set them in motion all with their own light and movement He knows the names of all the stars which there are trillions

My God is a powerful God not only did He speak the heavens into existence He has sustained and maintained them throughout time


Let me tell you about my God

When you pray and you ask Him for justice, Patience, Goodness, Grace, Mercy ect… HE IS ! to touch anyone of His attributes is to touch the infinitude of Him, For HE IS!
If He were not 100% of any of His attributes He would not be God

The will of God is not always visible and able to be understood.I believe He is working on everybody we are just in different places.We of ourselves do not a can not make people understand at best we are to be obedient and present the testimony (our testimony of Him) to the world. It is He who reveals Himself to the heart of man. It was the Father that drew us to Jesus.

Ideology is the new religion of the left. It leads all to a question in which God is too simple of an answer. Intelligence is their watchword and they use that telescope to search for what is too close for them to see.
They say that God is too convenient an answer and it is their arrogant dependency to prove how smart they are that leads them to form their conclusions out of theory and conjecture.

It is a catch 22 situation where they ignore what is too disturbing to their psyche for long winded diatribes that when condensed only mean, they don't know.

I am totally opposed to Liberal / Progressive theologies and Ideology. Their beliefs are ever creeping into the church, it is even called mainline Christianity now. I currently left my current church because they refuse to denounce such theologies.

Religion was never meant to be stylish and it is the pursuit of popularity that turns these churches to embrace new ideals. It just proves to mye that those who do these things didn't really believe in God in the first place. God is unchanging and so is his word. They modify their teachings to better fit the rest of the world and leave God altogether.

Main stream Christianity is a racket to draw the masses create revenues and promote flashy speakers. Very few preach the gospel and when they do they water it down so they don't offend people. They are more into telling people what they want to hear instead of what they need to hear so they can keep there attendance high. Here is a good listen.

I think a lot of what you see is due to people being lazy and doing pew time instead of pursuing a relationship with God. 2 hours on Sunday is a poor excuse for a relationship with God, which should be 24/7.

With the advent of these mega churches, could the desire to bring in more than just practicing Christians to their particular church also be a part of this shift, do you thing.
