My oldest daughter who is 17 left the nest yesterday......off to university to pursue her career in medicine.
She was naturally very nervous moving into the university residential halls but excited too.

Please pray for her safety, peace and comfort as she moves into independence
And even more that her heart will be focussed on Jesus and not the world.

Praying. My oldest granddaughter is 18. She and her younger sister are both in their second years of college. College years can be very trying times, and they can present many temptations, too, that they did not have living at home. So, as I pray for your daughter I also pray for my two granddaughters. I pray for their safety (physically and spiritually), and for their peace and comfort in the Lord, and for their hearts to be focused on Jesus and not on the world. I pray that this will be a time in their lives when they grow in their faith in Jesus Christ, too.
