Need a true friend

My oldest son came to me with a similiar concern once. I felt strongly to tell him that he needed to stop looking. Instead, pray for that person...whomever they may be. You don't have to know a name...just pray purity over their life & your's & that God will quieten your spirit until the time He chooses to bring you together. Then it will be your true soulmate because you will have put God at the center of the relationship before it even actually began - in the natural anyway.

well im 15 fixing to be 16 and i found mine i no im young but look what david did i prayed god would send me someone and look he did she is a god fearing singing praying christian and she backs me up and i back her up the best thing anyone could do is have faith and pray and wait

okay let me tell you what i've found to be true and i have scripture to back it up.
1st stop looking. 2nd love god with all your heart, seek god and his love fall in love with god because until you do hes not gonna bring another person into your life.
In jesus time the women had an alabaster box and in it they kept expensive oil in it, it was kinda like a dowery. When they found a husband they would give it to them. Break your alabaster box at gods feet and give him your heart.In the book of Ruth, Ruth abandoned everything(your people will be my people and where you go i wil go) and she went with Naomi and took care of Naomi. Serve god in singleness and be content with loving god.In jer. 2
god told jeremiah go announce my messafe to the people in jerusalem. I want everyone to hear it tell them, i remember how faithful you were when you were young you loved me as if you were my bride.
Trust me when you met them god will tell you, and you will know. Trust me i know he did it for me.
Dont rush things, leave your relationship in Gods hands and tell him let your will be done. Someone once told me that if its ment to be but its not ment to be right now then its not ment to be.And keep god the center of your relationship, i've heard it said that a husband and wife are not ment to complete eachother but to complement eachother.
