Behold, the Lord has brought forth a new word. Listen, and do not ignore. For this is the word of the Lord as He spoke to me through the writings of his prophet Isaiah. Listen, you will learn my testimony, and you will also learn as the Lord also is speaking to you.
Trust the Guide, the Lord is the Guide. God is always on track. Many of these words can be confirmed in Isaiah 40-46.
"Comfort the people, tend to the lost, the hurting, the downtrodden, the new (new Christians), the backslidden, those who do not yet have opened eyes.. Be sensitive to them. Speak tenderly to Jerusalem.. Speak tenderly to my people, the people.. You who follow Me, speak to these, the people as you are the light to them because Christ is in you.
Proclaim "your hard service has been completed, your sin has been paid for by Christ on Calvary. Your forgiveness is with me. Come and you shall be forgiven. You have received double from the Lord God. Double for your sins. It is finished."
Isaiah 40:2 Tell her that her sad days are gone and her sins are pardoned. Yes, the Lord has punished her twice over for all her sins.”
Isaiah 53:4 Surely He has borne our griefs
And carried our sorrows;
Yet we esteemed Him stricken,
Smitten by God, and afflicted.
5 But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.
6 All we like sheep have gone astray;
We have turned, every one, to his own way;
And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.
Matthew 8:17And thus He fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah, He Himself took [[a]in order to carry away] our weaknesses and infirmities and bore away our diseases.(A)
1 Peter 2:24 He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [a][as on an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.
A voice is calling in the desert: Prepare the way for the Lord! Prepare for Jesus' return! Make straight paths in the wilderness! Just as the Lord raised up Elijah, Moses, and John the Baptist for His wonders and to bring His people to repentance, and to precede others such as Elisha, Joshua, and Jesus, God has called many to proclaim His truth, and faithfully obey Him and bring many to repentance. Just as with John the Baptist:
They will be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink. They will also be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from birth. They will turn many of the children of Israel to the Lord their God. They will also go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, ‘to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.”
And as Jesus said in John 14:
12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. 13 And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14[c] anything in My name, I will do If you ask it."
The Lord is preparing His bride in this: Ephesians 5:25 Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, 26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, 27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. "
Revelation 22:17The [Holy] Spirit and the bride (the church, the true Christians) say, Come! And let him who is listening say, Come! And let everyone come who is thirsty [who is painfully conscious of his need [a]of those things by which the soul is refreshed, supported, and strengthened]; and whoever [earnestly] desires to do it, let him come, take, appropriate, and drink the water of Life without cost.(A) Prepare the way for the Lord!
The obstacles in the path shall be as flat ground and the mountains as doors, the Lord's glory will be seen near and far, in undeniable ways. Valleys shall be raised up, mountains lowered, rugged ground made plain. Prepare for His great wonders and the Glory of the Lord! This shall be seen more and more and more! Yes, it shall be undeniable. All men shall see. The Lord has spoken.
Cry out to the Lord! Proclaim to the nations! Even people shall pass away, but the word of the Lord is forever and His promises remain.
Isaiah 40:8 The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever.”
1 Peter 1: 22 You were cleansed from your sins when you obeyed the truth, so now you must show sincere love to each other as brothers and sisters.[a] Love each other deeply with all your heart. 23 For you have been born again, but not to a life that will quickly end. Your new life will last forever because it comes from the eternal, living word of God. 24 As the Scriptures say,
“People are like grass; their beauty is like a flower in the field. The grass withers and the flower fades. 25 But the word of the Lord remains forever.”[c] And that word is the Good News that was preached to you.
Thus says the Lord, "You who bring My Word, my Good News to My kingdom: Go to the top, speak of Him, proclaim God is here- even for you! Shout out loud from the rooftops, do not be quiet. Go up high, preach loud and bold. Do not be afraid to lift your voice, for I am with you! Say "Here is your God! The Lord comes with great power! His arm rules for Him.. Isaiah 40:10 Behold, the Lord GOD shall come with a strong hand, And His arm shall rule for Him; Behold, His reward is with Him, And His work before Him
You have been given authority! Matthew 28:18Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Preach the Gospel, heal the sick, cast out devils! Mark 16:16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they[a] will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
Even you who are weak, I am your strength! Isaiah 41: 10 Fear not [there is nothing to fear], for I am with you; do not look around you in terror and be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties, yes, I will help you; yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My [victorious] right hand of rightness and justice.(A)
Joshua 1:5 No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will not fail you or forsake you.
2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. 10That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
