Are you signifying Jesus as just an apostle? Or are you acknowledging that He is God being the Son of God?Flesh signified as sinful was needed to do what the letter of the law"Death" could not do .
Romans 8:3-4 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law (law of faith) might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Jesu the apostle informs us his flesh that has no power. . it profits for nothing zero .
As for His words regarding His flesh in John 6th chapter, He was deferring from what they were thinking the bread of life was like manna from heaven to eat in order to get eternal life when it is by believing in Him is how they receive the bread of life that gives life to the world hence eternal life. His flesh and His blood were referring to His crucifixion for why they would believe in Him for, in paying the ransom for many that would believe in Him to be saved.
Hebrews 11 th chapter spoke of those who died in faith for why during Jesus's time on earth, Abraham's bosom aka Paradise was located beneath the earth across the great gulf from hell where after His ascension into Heaven, Paradise is now located in the third heaven as Christ led the captivity captive there as they still await for their resurrection as firstfruits at the coming rapture event, but Christ has brought them to God in Heaven for where they are now.All die not reciving the propmise of a new incorruptible body ( Hebrew 11 )
