God made time and season. Everything; has a set time to happen, according to the programme of God. (Ecclesiastic 3:1-3).When an event is late or is postponed beyond its expected time, it is said to have been delayed.
Delayed is abnormal, unnatural, out of order and so, should not be tolerated, accepted or condone. It should be resisted, fought and terminate. (1Sam 1:1-20).
In our scripture today, God was speaking to the children of Israel concerning the judgment that was prophesied against them but today, God is speaking about the prophecy of blessings about your life.
There are many instances in the scriptures that people suffered delays in their lives but in all of them, an encounter with God and His prophets or obedience to simple instructions, ended their delays.
Abraham, had a delay in having a son of promise but after an encounter with the three messengers of God in Genesis 18, a set time was given and the delay ended. All he did, was to welcome and entertain the messengers, The woman of shunnem in 1 Kings 4 also had a delay in having children but by the word of a prophet who she ministered to, her delay ended.
Hannah, had delay in her fruitfulness and she persisted in the place of prayers and by the word of a prophet, her delay ended. Peter toiled all night but had delay in his business but by giving out his boat and by the word of Jesus, his delay ended. There is what to do, so as to end that delay in your life. There is no delay that you have now, that cannot end.
Search for how that delay can come to an end in the word of God. Also, consciously ask the Holy Spirit to show you what to do and if you do it, an end will come to that delay. Moreso, know that delays have spiritual personalities behind them- the spirit of delay, deal decisively with it and overcome it.
I declare as a servant of God, that the season for the fulfilment of your prophesy has come and every delay in your life is ending now. All you need to do is to believe it like Hannah did and begin to praise God in expectation.
