please accept my/our apologies for not getting back to you earlier... please? We have all been somewhat kept busy offline, as well as online ,and i have only seen this thread from you now.

Usually what happens is that there is something in a post that is picked up by software in place, for doing checks for spammers etc. Quite a few posts that get put into an approval queue are perfectly fine.
It is one of those annoyances that modern technology brings with it.

The Staff team have to go through any approval queue items and see what the problem is, if indeed there is one.

You mention about long waits.

I understand. However , i am often reminded by our Lord that i do well to practice waiting patiently as He has the perfect plan for me and my life and part of being perfected is to do more patience. I am a slow learner and He is long-suffering and patient with me.
We do well to learn to reciprocate that which He bestows freely upon us in Jesus name.
