We go to a building and we call it Church, but, that is not Church. God does not live in a brick, and mortar building he lives inside people who are called the Church!,
We sing, “Send down your Glory oh Lord, we want to see your Glory” but God has already sent down his Glory two thousand years ago!
God's Glory is living on the inside of each and every born-again believer!!
2Co3:17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (emancipation from bondage, freedom).
2Co3:18 And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to hold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image inever-increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another;[for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit. (AMP)
when we look into a mirror it is your face you see staring back at you. In this case, what we are supposed to be seeing is the Glory of the Lord in you staring back.
2Co4:6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the gloryof God in the face of Jesus Christ.
2Co4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
God hath shined into our hearts the light of the Glory of the knowledge of God. In other words, God shined himself into our hearts, not as a one-time complimentary peek, but for all eternity his light (Glory)shines within our hearts!!
Our bodies are the “temple” of the living God, and it is from his temple that his Glory shines out for all the world to see!!
Everything the Lord God has given unto us was brought to us by this exceeding great Glory that lives inside every believer.
Eph3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
Eph3:21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
How can any believer be changed into his likeness unless they see Jesus in themselves?
Jesus is known as the “Glory of the Father”!!! Where is this Gloryliving right now?
2Co13:5 Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that JesusChrist is in you?—unless indeed you fail to meet the test!
The first time we meet Jesus is not after we die it is when he comes and makes his abode in us in the new birth!
