Hello brothers and sisters in christ, im posting here once again to get some help. i do not mean to offend anyone at all. but my cousin is a person who is into all the lust. such as pornography. i need help from you guys to see if you have scripture for me to give my cousin because i whant to give him solid proof that that is garbage. and it cant get any better than the bible.

1 Corinthians 6:18-20 & 1 Corinthians 7:1-2

"Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman. Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband."

...and if one in need to break his or her bondage is in doubt of being able to

 Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

I have a couple of scriptures I found for you aswell.

Ephesians5:3
But among you there must not be a hint of sexual immorality or of any kind of impurity, or of greed because these are improper for God's holy people.

Colossians 3:5
Put to death therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature, sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry.

Pornography is a type of idolatry and it is putting something before God
so it is in fact breaking #1 and #2 of the 10 commandments.

It is important to pray for the desires of ones heart to be changed. Wrong desires will result in wrong actions and leads us into sin and away from God.

2Tim2:22
Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

Also prayer to keep from temptation asking for the Lord to help you.

Luke22.40
Pray that you will not fall into temptation

sowing to the flesh

This may have been covered in Chad's articles..

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he also will reap. For the one who sows to please his own flesh/sinful nature shall from the flesh reap destruction; the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. Galatians 6:7-8


The flesh/sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other. Galatians 5:17

Maybe check out Galatians 5:16 through to Galatians 6:9
