I would like prayer. My husband and I have been blessed with a new home, We close on Wednesday. We are greatful and happy. Its our first new home.

I am a little stressed though as alot of things are on my mind and I am trying to rest in the Lord, but I am not. We originally had another move in date, and people we hardly know volunteered to help. Now the close date is this Wednesday, so it has fallen on Thanksgiving holiday and weekend, and I know some people are away. We have to be out of our current rental place and have it cleaned by Monday, because of the lease. We were given a months extension already. The Lord has answered many prayers just lately. So my prayer is that the Lord provides us with the physical help we need to move.

I am frustrated with myself as I am physically unable to do the things I would like to do. And what I can do, I easily get fatigued and my body just starts hurting. It is times like these that I get despondent. I still pray for healing and I need the grace and strength to carry on. So I ask for prayer for this also.

I also need prayer for my son who lives far away. He is out of a job, and has got himself in a right pickle. I miss him and wish that he matured and did the right thing with his life. Its hard for a mother to see her son flounder out there and alot of it he brings on himself. And we won't be seeing him Thanksgiving or Christmas.

As you can tell my mind is a bit overloaded. I have been praying which helps of course, but I need to just relax. I am glad I am able to come here and ask for prayer. So its three main things. The move, my health and my son.

Calluna, it sure sounds like you just need to unload on someone, talk about it, pray with someone, just plain let it all hang out. I hope we can chat later, I'd love to spend some time with you; it's been a long time.

Thanks Dreamer, I have just been listening and singing to old hymns, I bought a cd and there were hymns that I haven't heard since I was a child. Tears just flowed and I became filled with His Spirit and I realized that God has always been there, even when I was a child, He was looking out for me.
So my problems right now are nothing compared to others. We have a new house, a wonderful new home to be living in. A gift from the Lord. So I need to take a chill pill and enjoy the Lord and sing His praises and not allow things overshadow such a great occasion. Me getting all stressed out is not glorifying God, so I am putting my Trust in Him and stop fretting. Thank you Jesus.

Sister, I do the same thing. On Saturday I was a mess because I didn't rely upon the Lord fully. By the next morning, (yesterday) He had definitely shown me that He was taking care of the situation and that I didn't have anything to worry about! Oh, what a wonderful God we serve....

I pray that your health, your son and your living arrangments will be done though our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I hope that Calluna will have a nice thanksgiving and she doesn't have to worry about anything that you will take care of all her needs in Jesus name! Amen!

i know it can be hard to do ,but try to give all these worries and stress to the Lord he will take care of them for you
