P.U.S.H(pray until something happens)... you hear people talking about it all the time. But as I do, and maybe some of you, we pray once, and if it doesnt work, we just mope about it and get upset. But if you think about it, why should you be moping and gettin upset, when you could be praying, and then enjoying the out come?

I have horses and i show them almost every week. im always worried my horse is going to act up while at the show. Well i used to just mope, and complain about how "i know my horses is going to act up"... but i started thinking about it, and now, every time i go to a show and everytime i have alone time, im praying to the Lord and asking him to keep me safe, and to be with me and my horse as we ride. the more i "pushed" the better my horse acted at shows.

That might have been confusing, and im not even sure if i put it in the right forum, but i wanted to let people know that "pushing" works, but you cant give up and only pray once!

Thanks for posting . We all need to be reminded to pray without ceasing at times . God Bless you . Brother Mike

1 Thessalonians 5:17, "Pray without ceasing."

Matthew 7:7-8, " Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened."

ASK---Ask, Seek, Knock are our instructions given here, then notice the first letters of those words. I believe this gives us permission to ask again and keep on asking until the prayer(s) is/are answered. God does answer our prayers; however, the answer may not always be what we expect or want. God knows best and is always in control of every situation!!!
