Please help

I need some one to help me out, coz I feel lost from god, what do I do?????.
if someone could tell me , then , it would be helpful, and I don't feel safe from devil , please, please someone help . ??????????. I've bin lost from him (god) for a 5 weeks .

God's power is able to keep the believer from falling. It is up to Him, not us, to present us before His glorious presence. Our eternal security is a result of God keeping us, not us maintaining our own salvation.

Please know that God will keep you from falling, and if you feel a bit distant from God, know that He is preparing you for His kingdom, be patient with Him. He will see you through!!

Hi Christian 19,

Fear is an overwhelming emotion. What have we to fear from the evil one? I lived in fear (and worry) of the what if's. I feared because of two reasons:

1. I believed in Satan's lies of the what if's
2. I didn't trust in God completely.

Yes we are in God's hands but what is it that is in our hands or even our hearts that we are unwilling to give up. Are we willing to let go? Are we willing to be teachable?

My dear friend, you will always be in my prayers. There is no easy answers but at least our answers are from our Heavenly Father who desires for us to be healed, to mature and to be complete in Christ.

"Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." - James 1: 4

I ve recently been the same kinda thing just recently. I didnt really know what to do either so i just pressed into God even though i felt like he wasnt there or He wasnt listening but i will say there is hope on the other side of i ve never felt so chose to God in my life.
Just go after God even though things just seem to be getting worse or it feels like you dont feel safe.

God will help you i know cause He helped me

"Don't feel close to God anymore? Guess who moved?"

I thought this is so true, His word says Hebrews13:5 "He will never leave us or forsake us." So God is always here. We are the ones who distant ourselves. Often it is something we are putting first before Him when we get that insecure and lost feeling. It Could be friends, a hobby, a sin we are struggling with,.etc... (I know this through personal experience) These things really hinder our relationship with Christ.

If this is your case, just pray and if it has been a while, its ok, God is always happy for us to come to Him and is ready to listen. He is merciful and always forgives us. "If we confess our sins He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness" 1John 1 :9

Go after God like Lofty said.
Seek Him with all your heart, mind and soul. We cannot know God or feel close to Him if we do not know anything about Him, what He wants from us or how we should live. We must arm ourselves with the truth straight from His Word. Read the bible, believe and trust what it says. And pray, prayer keeps the communication lines open between us and God.

James4:8 "Come near to God and He will come near to you"

Christian19, Fear is one of satan's tactics to keep us from God and doing His will. Arm yourself with the Word to fight this spiritual warfare there are lots of scripture on fear. Claim the victory through Jesus Christ.

Joshua 1:19 "Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go"

calluna: thanks for that, it has help me. you see I don't wante to be lost from god, and I think that has somethink to do with the devil, I know god will keep me safe from the devil , but, I still feel unsafe

Hey thought I should let you know that I've been there, in fact I was there last week!!!!
I reckon Jesus is still there, like he would ever let you go. I mean He's commited to you!!! Lol! He loves you and aches for you and wants to be intimate with you if you let him.
I've been really confused as well and sooooo angry with God and my chrs family and friends but I realized that it was me not them.
I no I am in no position to give advice but you should tell God everything, like all your dreams and everything.
I've been where you are!!!! Please don't give up on God just talk to him....and don't give up on life either, I know you might not even be in that position but I have and Jesus got me through...
