Please pray for me today

Please pray for me today. I'm real tired of people dumping on me. (Not here at talk Jesus)

I feel like people use me as a dumping ground just because I'm nice. I'm kind of angry today. I'm not much use to anyone today.

I know the bible says "Be angry but sin not." I know the bible says, "Forgive, 70 X 7"

I know all that in my head but it's hard to let God instill in in my heart sometimes, when I'm going through bad stuff.

A friend of mine and I were talking on I.M. today. She is an awesome christian. Only 24 years old and seen a life of trouble. Was saved in the process though; she has given her life to Christ.

Her mother chose to keep shooting heroin whilst she was pregnant with my 24 year old friend. Then after my friend was born, her mom and dad continually spiced her baby bottle with liquor because they didn't want to be bothered by her crying.

This baby girl was taken out of that home and flitted from foster home to foster home. When she was 12 years of age, she found illegal drugs. Finally, she felt at peace and felt "right". Because at last she could feel nothing.

Now she is 24 and has been drug-free and sober of alcohol for 8 months. And she credits it all to God.

And here is the advice she gave me today. It's priceless, and I wrote it down off of my Instant Message.:

"Love and forgiveness do not make problems go away. If it were the solution then it might actually be a nice world we live in."

I think she is very wise to know that. She says she is not wise. She doesn't think of herself as special at all. She just doesn't know.

Please pray for me that I can forgive the people who are STILL persecuting me. Thank you.

I read this earlier today from shortlady.

Father I pray for my sis dreamer and ask You to help her to fully forgive the people she needs to forgive and give the situations to You and leave them with you. You are our helper and You tell us to cast our burdens onto You.
Thank you that You are drawing us closer to You at these difficult times in our life. Help my sister to let go of that which she should not be holding onto I pray in Jesus' name amen.

The devil is the persecutor and GOD is our redeemer in Christ. You are doing very well and I can tell you that sincerely so. I'll pray for you. Don't let others discourage you. Why should man discourage a strong believer who has Christ that lives in them?

Heavenly Father I bring sister Jan to you as I pray today. I ask you dear Lord to bring Jan out of this situation. I pray that you will deliver her from all her foes. Cause her to know triumph in you Lord. Reverse the situation....in Jesus Name I pray.

Dear Sister Dreamer,

I know how you are feeling. It is so difficult and there is only so much we can take. I know you already know the answer about this so I will not go off about that! lol.

Well, when you wrote that people are falsely persecuting you, this scripture came to mind:

Matt 5
11"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

Sister, you are a wonderful blessing on this site. Satan is trying to get you down like he did me! We all have a purpose in this world, and what satan wants more than ever is for us to give up on that mission.

Dear Lord, I pray for sister Dreamer Lord. PLease touch her soul and her heart Father. Give her comfort and rest Lord. Please give her a sound-mind and a sound-heart Lord. Please take away the anger that she is feeling in her heart Lord.

Father I pray for these people that are using Jan Lord. Please touch them Lord and make them see how blessed they are to have her Father. Continue to guide Sister Dreamer on Your Holy path Lord.

I ask this in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
