Please pray for my husband

I don't often put up prayer requests for myself or my family. My problems seem so small when set against those who are battling severe illness or recovering from the loss of a loved one.

But I feel I need to ask for the prayer and support of my friends and family here in this matter.

My husband is struggling very hard in his job. He is fighting against stubbornness, foolishness, manipulation, and some outright dishonesty.

Please help me in asking the Lord to open the eyes and ears of the head of the company so that he will not casually dismiss my husband's concerns. The man appears to wish to be "willfully blind" to many situations that are just not as they should be. Let those who are dealing falsely within the company be exposed and brought to justice as well.

And if my husband cannot maintain his own position in the company without compromising his character or Christian principles, please ask the Lord to quickly show us where to go, as this job is currently our only source of income.

Hi Jannette,

I'm new to this site, but was on and saw your request. You should never feel bad about asking for prayer as everything that concerns us is important to God. And the situation that your husband is dealing with on his job is certainly not insignificant. I was once in a similar situation on a job I had, and understand the immense stress and frustration it causes.

I will pray for both your husband and yourself, that the Lord will give him favor, and the strength that he needs at this time. Also for the wisdom of what steps the Lord wants him to take or not.

No matter what, God will provide for you.

ISAIAH 54:17 "No weapon formed against you will prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me, says the Lord."

Father I thank you that You are our Jehovah Jireh our great provider and that You meet all our needs. I pray that You will give janettes husband wisdom and keep him in Your perfect peace which passes all understanding. I pray that the eyes of his boss will be opened to see what he is doing is wrong.

I pray that the company will be run properly with the right person leading the employees correctly as You would want it to be run. Father have Your way in Jesus' name amen.

Father I ask that you take control of the situation, you promise to deliver us from the hands of man. Give him the mind of Christ, in every situation that may arise at work. Lord only you know the hearts of men, I ask that you soften hearts and remove all stubbornness, foolishness, manipulation, and dishonesty.

Allow Janette's husband to be a light to those in need.
