The power of our words ,and believing we receive.:thumbs_up
Why is it so hard for us to believe Jesus healed us or will bless us financially, or give us great relationships? Some of us have been praying week after week with the same prayers and still no manifestation. I want to tell you something GOD has been stirring in my heart.
I want to tell you there is a power in our words. What we say is what we will have.
For example. (I know its GODS will to heal me and I believe he has but I am still so sick.) the last part of this sentence is stopping us from getting healed .there shouldn’t be a but. We need to keep our eyes on Jesus and what the word says. For instance do you remember the story of Peter? He told Jesus to command him to walk on the water to him and he would so Jesus did and Peter did till he took his eyes off Jesus and got fixed on the winds and how wild they were. he than sank.
We need to stop looking at the symptoms, situations, or circumstances. We need to start praising God that it has been done just because it hasn’t manifested before our eyes doesn’t mean it hasn’t been taking care of. Jesus says in Matthew 7 verse 7. Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and it will be open to you.
We need to watch what we say! Sometimes and I know I am guilty at times of this. we get prayed for but before we even leave the church we fellowship with someone and we start talking about what we got prayed for as if it hasn’t helped. Example my son!!!
I kept believing he was healed but I kept getting the church to pray over and over when I should have just believed and praised God for the miracle he had performed on him. The doctors say they can’t do anything for him, but Jesus said I already did. In fact he already did for all of us. You see he says the same thing with any area in our lives whether it be healing , prosperity, or even relationships. Why is it so easy for us to believe in salvation but not in healing or prosperity. We need to put a watch over our mouths! Micah 7:5 says ‘ Guard the doors of your mouth’ and Proverbs 18:21 says’
Life and death are in the power of the tongue.’ we need to start believing that we receive
And start confessing it. No matter if it takes 1 day or a year we got to keep confessing that it is GODS will to heal, prosper, or protect. I know some of you might think you do watch everything you say but do you! Pay attention to what you say when you talk to others. I know some might even think sounds easy well I never said it was but we have to use faith in what we speak. Faith without works is dead.
I want you to read this scripture now. Isaiah 55:11 read it believing in what ever situation your going through. Example: Father in the name of Jesus I'm believing that our finances will be met and we shall prosper, for your word says’ So shall my word be that goes forth from my mouth; it shall not return to me void! Than praise him and give him the glory! Also in Psalm 45:1 says ‘ my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.”
So if you want prosperity speak it ,believe it , and receive it. Same with healing , or relationships. What you say today is the result of what you have tomorrow . Psalm 116:10 says I have BELIEVED THEREFORE I HAVE SPOKEN!
I encourage you to study these scriptures, and I have also made a list for you. what we put in our hearts and minds is what we will get . I am trying to change my ways of praying and praising a lot more. What we say is what we get!!!!!!
