Hi everyone! about two weeks ago I posted a Prayer request 4 Devine intervention and Prayer concerning a court date I was having on August 18th. I prayed and ask 4 prayer that God would lessen the severity of the sentence and for local time. GOD answers prayer!!!
Not only did he answer those prayers but a few more that I had not mentioned in my last post!! I had prayed that maybe after sentencing maybe the court would allow me two weeks to turn myself in. My Lawyer said that This Judge never does this after you have been sentenced let alone would most any judge unless there was something very big like a death or somthing of that nature. Well before we could even ask 4 the two week extension the DA said he had misplaced some paper work and needed a two week extension
mg: Well thats not all... after a few minutes he found his papers and ask to commence with my sentencing. Well we did and received a much lesser sentence and then my lawyer asked even though the da no longer needed an extension 4 himself to find paper work. To still honor the two week extension and let me turn myslef in. Normally The DA would object and protest and never allow that to happen however since he was the one who just asked for the extension and then no longer needed it he could not possibly object to us asking for it.
During the arguement of the DA and my Lawer the DA slamed me asking for more time not less!!! Pleading his case saying what a detrement I am and how the community would be safe if I were away longer. My Lawyer did a fantastic job of stating the actually facts and to bring the whole truth to light. The Judge whole hartedly agreed and even though I was still sentenced it was too much lesser time and the judge was actually generous in his responces to me and then allowing this never heard of extension after sentencing. What an AWESOME GOD WE SERVE!!!
I want to tell you all something. I could have been let go or even had all the charges dropped and i would NOT have been any happer than the outcome that i received. The reason being is that I know truly GOD orcistrated the entire thing. His hand was clearly in all of the events and procedings. What an AWESOME answer to prayer. Thank you all and most of all THANK YOU JESUS!!!!
