God, Father, you know all the needs and responsibilities of each one of us, and for those in ministry, your word says their's is a noble task. I thank You for my brother Chad who leads this online church and ask you to continue to bless him with Your spirit and guide his steps. Lord, he has asked for more moderators. Move on the people's hearts that can lead. Plant in Chad discernment and wisdom as he goes through the process of choosing our church's leaders. Grant that it is clear both the potential leaders and to Chad that the responibility is well suited and will work well for the body. Have Your hand in the whole process.

Lord Jesus, beyond that, in other aspects of his life, bless him and encourage him. If he is going through a difficult season, grant him Your perspective and send Your angels and some good encouraging fellowship offline. Your word says that perserverence must complete its work so that he can become fully developed, complete, not deficient in any way. Use his trials to build him up in his faith so that he will be better equipped to serve You, to love, and be loved. I thank You for his heart and desire for You and for all that he is doing. Sustain him, grow him, and draw near to him, Jesus.

Lord, I lift up my brother Chad to You and ask for Your continued protection and care. Bless him in his work and in his work on this site, all the tasks that go into it, make them run smoothly and efficiently. Grant he doesn't ever feel overwhelmed, but only Your peace. Grant him support on and offline and guide him by Your spirit through the decisions that are being made about new morderaters. Grant that your Spirit is with the entire team, that they would be of like mind, united as You want Your family to be. I pray against anything that would cause a division You would not intend - watch every detail. Grant that we as a body present Your truth so that people may continue to have a model of You - that we here at TalkJesus would be Your church, a church that would make You smile, Lord.

God as he prays and searches for Your guidance about this denominational thread, be very close and use Your word to inspire his post. Use it Lord to speak to people and grant that they may be sharpened to recongnize what is not of You when it appears around them. Lord there is a culture of not standing up for Your truth, a strange sense of entitlement, a permissiveness that is seeping into the churches, especially in America and Lord God this city of San Francisco, that grieves me and hurts people and praise You Father for shining Your light on this for believers. Lord God change our hearts to be more like You.

Lord, thank You Father for Your word in Corinthians (12:23,24) that says, "Everything is permissable; maybe so, but not everything does good. True, everything is permissable, but not everything builds up. Nobody should be looking for selfish advantage, but everybody for someone else's."

Give believers the boldness they need to speak up when people are not being built up in faith and the wisdom to say quiet when their words are not necessary or could do more harm than good. Make us living examples of the joy of what it means to live by Your standards. And let us follow Paul's counsel, "Take me as your pattern, just as I take Christ for mine."

Lord Jesus, I thank You for this site, for this commuity of believers that seek You, and for all the hard work and dedication Chad and the moderators put into it.

Your son is our supreme high priest, as Hebrews states, and we are to have no fear in approaching the throne of grace to receive mercy and to find grace when we are in need of help. I don't know what best to pray or what word to give, but You do, so I pray that Your Spirit would continue to guide Chad as he reads through posts, writes them, find devotionals, counsels and encourages. I pray for his protection, that as he stands firm in You would keep him unharmed, like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, - whatever the cause of the fire be, Lord keep him secure and at peace with You. Grant that we as a body support him in the way that he needs to be supported and knit the team of moderators together with him so that they honor You with their leadership.

Jesus, thank you for Chad and his dedication to this site and praise You Father that he loves You and seeks Your Spirit. Continue to direct him and I pray this week You would do something he would least expect. Surprise him with some promise that he wouldn't think to pray for and grant him Your joy. Whatever is in Your will, and whatever he most needs but can't quite see, whether it be some small detail or a huge glorious thing, work powerfully, mightily, and with Your beautiful surprise. Thank You Lord, that Your ways are not ours. Bless him abundantly is some way that is so uniquely You, he will be in awe of Your love.

Lord God, I thank You for my brother Chad and for blessing him with Your Spirit. Continue to guide him as he makes decisions about leadership and grant that you equip him for all the good things he does with this site. Bless him at work and grant that he shines for You there. For those that are constantly comparing themselves to others, let them see something different about Chad and seek to find out what it is. God protect him and guard his heart. Assure him always that Your favor is the only thing that matters. Bless his fellowship on and offline and for all those needs that You know, meet them dear Father and go beyond his dreams to Your best so that his cup overflows. Bless him with joy and especially with music. Grant that he feels You close.

Jesus, I pray that you would stop any harrassment that is directed at Chad through ThroneGrace or anyone who joins the site just go cause ill will or discord. Lord, some of it comes with the territory, but I pray You would just stop it so that he gets a rest from the battle. Grant him a sweet season of peace and may Your light shine through people that he interacts with, not just from him, but from others. Send strong Christians his way, grant that they pleasantly surprise him with goodness.

Lord I thank You for the victories You win for us. I thank You that You use us to be You in this world. Don't just send angels to Chad this week Lord, but living testimonies that You are even more at work than Satan, that there is more opportunity for miracles and hope than ever. You said we would do greater things after You have been gone, and Jesus you have been gone so long now. Come to us soon and until then, give us more of Your Spirit.

Encourage Chad and grant him good rest and deep sleep, speak to him through Your word and those around him, and grant him joy.

Lord God,

Chad has a heart for You and a passion for truth that is so good Lord. Thank You for blessing him with this and continue to teach him by Your Spirit how to respond when under attack. As a leader he is so often provoked and Lord we all, when we stand in Your truth will suffer. Lord God thank You for Your son. Plant deep in all of us the peace and assurance that the victory is won, remind us of that when under fire, Father.

Lord, protect Chad with Your angels and whisper to him that You fight for him. Grant that he is surrounded by community that encourage him and will be on their knees in the battle with him. Teach us as a community how to best support him.

Psalm 55
"Give ear to my prayer, O God;
do not hide yourself from my supplication
Attend to me, and answer me;
I am troubled in my complaint.
I am distraught by the noise of the enemy,
because of the clamor of the wicked.
For they bring trouble upon me,
and in anger they cherish emnity against me

Lord God let the clamor die down. Bless his steadfast heart and give Chad a season of joy, Lord. Grant him some unexpected free time this week and grant that the desires of his heart that You planted in him be met. Whether it is time with You or a friend, be it a new song to sing or an old one that never comes on the radio or hasn't come up in a service for awhile - whatever it is that would warm his heart in a way that only You can surprise him with - just let that be done.

Thank You for Your steadfast love for us. Teach us to love each other that way.

Lord God,

I want to lift up this mass prayer meeting tomorrow. I thank You for all that you have inspired Chad to do, for the vision You give him, the reminders on the site and the emails. God grant that our online church comes together undistracted and one in You and protect that space. Grant that You put on our minds and hearts all those requests we know of and especially pray for those being persecuted, for children, for the lost, for missionaries, for leadership, for each other... God bring what needs prayer most to through us, to You.

God grant that we also spend lots of time just worshipping and bringing You glory. I praise you for that worship thread this week and grant that Your Spirit just bless us continually like that. Grant Your Spirit come and warm our hearts and grant we come to not only praise You for being our amazing God, but also become still and just be with You, ever closer to You.

God I know that Chad could be setting himself for even more trials and persecution and I pray you would continue to supernaturally protect him and guard his heart and mind. You are doing such a work in him as a leader God. Continue with that work. Grant that Your purposes for his life are fufilled. Oh Lord I feel that I don't even have to pray that - You are so faithful to us. Thank You for keeping all Your promises and thank You for extending those promises - for making them available to all people. God I don't know how to thank you enough for Your son.

Bless Chad, Lord, strenghten and equip him. You know all his needs. Grant Your will be done, the best for him.

Father God, Your light shines in Chad and permeates throughout this site as we share or reflect You in our threads, prayers, and lives. I thank You for this church, for Your church and Your Spirit and pray that more of Your Spirit would come and illuminate Your truths for us. Grant that people are healed, that they grow, and Your love and kingdom expands over the internet and out into the world You long to reach.

Grant that Chad is encouraged by Your light, that it continually catches his eye. Continue to lead him by Your Spirit as he counsels and also grant that he is ministered to. Grant him rest and time with You God, prepare spaces in his days to rest in You. Grant him deep and good sleep when he rests after the day is done. Protect him at work, grant he finds freedom from the competative environment and grant that he can relax away from work and even be silly sometimes. Grant him joy and laughter and peace in You. I thank You for a brother so intent of chasing after You and may be be abundantly blessed and feel You near.

Thank You for Chad's heart for prayer and be with him as he prepares this next mass meeting. Grant that all the details get taken care of smoothly and the chat room stays up and running. Go before our church here and grant that as many members as possible can attend and use that time to break down strongholds and minister to Your kingdom.

I pray that You would continue to speak to Chad and bless him with Your Spirit. Grant him wisdom and discernment as he counsels, encourages, and makes deciscions about the site. Bless him at work and protect him. Guard his heart as he waits on You. Grant his life is full of good fellowship and that he is continually sharpened, challenged, edified, and refreshed. Grant him good rest and sweet quiet time with You.

"We are subjected to every kind of hardship, but never distressed; we see no way out, but we never despair; we are pursued but never cut off; knocked down, but still have some life in us; always we carry with us in our body the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus, too, may be visible in our body."

Father, as the administrator of this site I know my brother must have a lot being thrown at him and that this word is true for him. God I pray that this death at work in him would yield even more abudnant life in You so that You may shine brightly and be glorified.

Grant that he is not provoked to human anger when his senses injustice, for Your word also states that we should be "quick to listen, but slow to speak and slow to human anger."

I thank You Lord for the passion for You and for truth that You have planted in Chad and ask You protect that when he is stirred by Your Spirit and guide him in his responses - keep that passion alive. Grieve with him as he dies with You, You who were despised and rejected. You who were crucified. God it is unimaginable the mockery You have withstood. It is hard for me to comprehend that You - the greatest God, awesome and all powerful would choose low stature. it is hard to imagine how much You love us. But You do.

God grant that Chad would be transformed through his ministry here - when he is distressed, pursued, knocked down, be the victory for him so that You love may grow even bigger in his life and spill out into all his relationships.

Father God, I thank and praise You for Your unending mercies and deeds of faithful love, apparent even in the darkest of times.

I thank You for Chad's love for You, for his heart to seek Your Spirit's discernment in all things. I pray that You continue to enlighten him by Your Spirit and encourage him with hope. Grant that You would shield him from insult and attacks, that Your armor protect him, but also Lord, grant that You would stop the enemy in his tracks. I thank You for battling for us Lord and ask that You do that for Chad.

For those in his family that don't know you, bring them into Your fold and grant that anything that is not of You be shown for what it is and become distasteful to them, God. Use Chad and draw other Christians into his family's community to be a light that attracts them to Yourself.

For those dear to Chad that know You, grant that they too are continually led by Your spirit and experience more of Your love.

Bless Chad at his work and when he works on the site, grant that he also gets substantial time to rest and take time out with You. Again Father, thank You for his heart that longs to be with You and continue to nurture and love on him.

Lord God,

As spring rain comes down where I live, I cannot help but praise You for it, and for all the blessings raining down into my life.

Grant that blessings rain down into Chad's life as well and that he would see evidence of Your justice. Sometimes it seems You make us wait so long, though time is nothing to You. I just ask that, be it in Your will, You reveal Your workings to Chad in his life and those he cares about. Grant that his family long for Your justice as well. Use Chad in mighty ways to bring about Your kingdom.

Father God I also thank You for the mercy that rains down from You. Grant that Chad would experience that in new and fuller ways. Grant that he sense his freedom in You in new and fuller ways as well. Thank You that he loves You so and protect his heart, protect him from persecution and grant that he gets good rest and time to just goof off or relax.
