Prayer for healing.

I need prayer for healing. Some time ago, I bega n to experien ce tremors in my hands. Being the procrastinator I am, I put off seeing my doctor. I finally went to him this past Thursday and he told me I have Parkinson's disease.

I don't know how far advanced it is. He's placed me on a medication and I have a follow-up scheduled with him on 8 December. I have seen some lessening of the tremors but, I have to stay out of chat rooms because the tremors won't let me type legibly enough quickly enough to partcipate in chat room discussions.

Healing

Dear Spirit Led Ed,

My family and I are praying for you. Having been healed by God I want to assure you that he is still the healer today. The doctor’s report is one thing, but we can go to Gods word which supersedes the natural report. Jesus bore the curse of sickness and disease on the cross so that you and I could receive his healing virtue when a sickness comes on us. As a believer you have authority over sickness and disease and as you begin to study the word of God on healing you will see that God paid a great price so you can enjoy the blessing of good health.

Please meditate on the following scriptures and get them established in your heart:

• Isa 53: 4 and 5
• Gal 4: 13, 14 and 29/Det 28: 1-14 and 15-68(where ever you find a curse in Det 28 Christ redeemed you from that curse on the cross.)
• Psalm 103: 1-5

It is very important to speak what God says about you and to meditate on the healing scriptures. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth will speak. Keep healing in abundance in the forefront of your thinking, speaking and take the time to establish your heart in the truth of Gods word. You are not doing this to convince God to heal you; you are doing it to establish your heart on what God did for you through Christ death, burial and resurrection. God wants you well and the devil wants to steal from you what is yours as a born again believer.

There are many great sites on the web where you can get healing scriptures written out for you to study and meditate on.

I am saddened to hear that you are ill my friend. We both are aware that Jesus has paid the price for us in all matters of Salvation, Spirit, Soul and Body. Amen

I pray for you now in Jesus Name. May you know the victory of the cross. For He bore our sicknesses and carried our diseases, on the cross, and by His stripes You are healed. Amen Our infirmities are nailed to the cross Jesus bore.

I will keep you in my prayers. I am not just saying this SLE, but you are one of my favourite posters, you are always kind and considerate, and have offered much wisdom. You have been a help to me on more than one occasion through reading your posts, and if I haven't said thank you, I am saying thank you now. I have not had the pleasure of speaking with you in a chatroom, but I am sure you have been a blessing to many, and you are going to be missed in them. I will pray in the name of Jesus that you will be healed.
