Prayer for sick son

Greetings brothers and sisters in the mighty name of JESUS!!! I was wondering if you guys would be so good as to stand with me in prayer for the Lord's healing touch on my 7 yr. old son. It appears that he may have strep throat. His fever reached 103.4 yesterday but we got it down, PRAISE THE LORD!

I'll definitely pray for your son, kindsfater! That is such a terrible thing to have. Sore throats are bad but strep is way worse! A cold has been making it's rounds around our house as well but thankfully it hasn't gotten that bad yet.

"Lord, first I want to thank you for healing my 7 month old yesterday! He is drinking and kept some food down yesterday. He is crawling around again and getting in all kinds of trouble, lol. I am so glad to see his cheeks rosy again, and to see his happy smile. Thank You, Lord. And thank you for my friends here praying with me for the baby, in the chatroom, at 1:30 in the morning! Praise You, Lord.

Now, Lord, I lift up kindsfater's son to You, asking You to heal him of strep throat in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, comfort him and give him rest and peace as he recovers. Make it a quick recovery, Lord, in Jesus name, Amen.

Yes, Mellow-J, it is AWESOME news! Aren't the promises of Jesus wonderful? Jesus did do it again!!!

I have a sister who is a nurse and when I described all of our son's symptoms to her, she was convinced that we needed to bring him because it sounded like strep throat. However, I just had a real peace about it and kept treating the fever and sore throat here at home and praying for our son. Then, I felt led to come here and ask for you guys to be praying as well and...BAM!...no more fever or sore throat! WOO-HOO!!! Praise the Lord!

Just remember to give your son a new tooth brush so he doesnt reinfect ( I had strep this week too) I am so happy you are here sister ! I ahve to say that I have seen your posts and I am so glad you are here !

JLU...thanks for the advice! He actually just got a new toothbrush from the dentist a couple of weeks ago so was able to replace the old ONE easily enough!

Heavenly FatherI bring before you this 7 yr old son of Kindsfater and ask that you would touch him with your healing power. I ask yhat you would relieve of all pain that he is feeling and keep his temp down until he is comepletely healed of this strepthoat disease.
