Prayer for supervisor

Hi All! God bless.

8 months ago, I was promoted to Quality Specialist for a Medicaid company at the company I have been in for 2 years. Thank you, Lord! However, At this position--my supervisor became supervisor at almost the same time I started this position. I am the only guy besides him. He treats the other ladies so nice and is somewhat cold with me. Of course, I have seen my share of favoritism for them as well. As the newest team member I have felt confused but have been praying and know that God gave me this position. I always tell myself I am working for God, not men.

Please pray that I have favor with him at work.

HE has blessed me with a new position so i can understand how you're feeling and it is true we are literally working for GOD and not men.

Also, know that God does not do things without a reason. You, as a believer might very well be the avenue by which your Supervisor might finally see the Love of Christ Jesus in man.

So stay faithful to the Lord and continue to know that even though it may seem difficult to do. You are not alone in letting your Supervisor and the Ladies that you work with see. That you are a man of God.
