Prayer: Little Help From My Friends

Hello all. There are a handful of things going on with my body and mind that I would be very appreciative of if you could pray over.

I tend to get sick often. I have some joint pain that my doctors have been unable to find a cause for. The same goes for digestive issues. I don't have insurance currently, so that makes it all the more difficult.

I also struggle with depression and anxiety. I try so very hard to combat the illogical and unfounded thoughts in my head.

Please pray that these things become remedied and that during the struggles, I do not drift from God.

I'll pray for your situation and I would like to encourage you to focus on scripture that tells you about your new nature in Christ.The new nature is not ruled by the five senses and emotions but by the word of God and Love.
It may be true that I get sick often but it is not the truth.
Jesus said he is the truth.So everything else is a temporary condition.

If sickness presents it's ugly self in my life I can't agree with it because scripture says"by his stripes we were healed".

Sickness is a weapon against us so we must treat it as the lie that it is.That doesn't mean I can't get temporary relief from medicine but I should know that I can overcome if I have faith.I don't know how much faith it will take because there are to many variables to each problem.Lesser enemies fall away quickly but some enemies are bigger.

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

It even includes little liars in our own head like depression and anxiety.
Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

Jesus said "it is finished" and we need to understand what was finished
and then we can begin to enforce that finished work into our lives and the lives of those around us.
