Prayer request

Brother I was the queen of panic attacks for many years. Remember God is with you - "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." "Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world." Say these verses out loud brother and mean them. Fix your eyes on Jesus, not the fear. "Fear not, for I am with you, I have called you by name - you are Mine."

Father I lift my brother up to you now. Father calm his fears. Let him fix his eyes on you. You are the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Your Holy Spirit is within him and nothing, absolutely nothing, can touch him. We declare you as Lord, and you have promised never to leave us nor forsake us. Your word is truth. Fill porklion full of your peace Father. The peace that the world cannot give. Let him know you are in control. Father give him rest right now from this attack. I leave him in Your hands Father. Amen

Brother I have come against satan in the name of Jesus, he has no power or no authority over you, a child of God. You are washed in the precious blood of Jesus. You are His. Be at peace brother.

Hi Porkloin, I'll keep in you my prayers. I can identify with you on the anxiety attacks.

I read the whole of Psalm 91 recently during anxiety It was very powerful and it brought great peace. Heres a couple of verses.

Psalm91:2 I will say to the Lord, "My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust!"

91:5 "You will not be afraid of the terror by night
Or of the arrow that flies by day;"

Anxiety is pretty much fear, fear of the unknown, anticipating bad things etc.

The enemy certainly feeds off this fear. And like already mentioned God did not give us a spirit of fear.

Trusting and believing the Word of God and what IT says we have as believers is the key to gaining victory.

And God Bless You for returning to the Lord after backsliding. How loving our God is, He forgives us when we mess up and welcomes us back with open arms. I strayed away too Porkloin and returned to stay And you are right, you are not done yet, I am not done, none of us are.

"...He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus(when Christ returns)" Phil 1:6

All Praise, Glory and Honor to God
He is so Good

Lifting you up in prayer brother. I've had panic attacks, so I can relate.
Scripture to meditate on:
1 Peter 5:7: "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you."
Psalm 55:22: "Cast your burden on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be moved."

Praying for the Lord's will to be done, to instill comfort in you as He takes your worries. How great God is to desire to do so.

Check with your doctor to see if you have a panic disorder...i had to use meds for a time called (Rivitril or clonazepam). You can pray your way off of these in time, its probably stress thats doing it. My son started haveing them as well, but it was coffee that was his problem. So after he found out what the problem was, he stoped taking the meds. Will be praying for you...and yes God didnt give us a spirit of fear.. but he did give us Doctors, just incase your faith is weak. And if your smoking up, if you know what i mean? then that as well can cause panic attacks.

God bless
