prayer to let go of the past an move on

please pray for me cos am suffering from depression and confusing on how to start allover again without my late hubby. i see i want a change but the problem is am scared cos i don't know what that change will bring. i need prayer on being able to let go of my past and move on in life. how did david ever encourage himself in the lord and sure he must have gone through this same feelings right? JUST PRAY FOR ME.
