Dear Lord and father God, thank you for my lovely sweet brother Paul. He's really lovely and so loving and caring to all of his brothers and sisters. Thank you God for giving us brothers and sisters like Paul who genuinely care for us.
I want to ask for urgent help from you dear Lord God to bring about some sort of normality in our sister's life. Normality not as the world knows it, rather the normality that you give to those who love you. When thousands followed your son Jesus to listen to your words of wisdom, you provided them with food with bucketfuls left over. When storms engulf us you come to us and invite us to go for a walk on the waves. More than that, you send your son Jesus to leave Heaven, spend time with us teaching us and sharing your wisdom and then to die an excruciating death to enable us to come back to you, and to get to know you and adore you.
So given the truth of a God that's prepared to do all that for us, why on earth would we even want to rewrite that narrative? Because we're stupid dear Lord. We look at sin and think it's fun - that's a mirage, it's not, it leaves us feeling empty and devoid of your love and favour. Eventually it leads to death. Why would anyone want to smoke weed when we can instead immerse ourselves in your Holy Spirit, adoring you, loving and worshiping you Lord and receiving the warmth, love and a little bit of experience of you Lord? Why would we want to worship a corrupt, dead African dictator responsible for the death of millions and the impoverishment of that nation, when they can worship the creator of the Earth, who's in complete control and who loves and cares for us dearly? Because we're stupid, we're easily deceived and we needed our deaf ears opening to hear your calling and our eyes opening to see your working in our lives to protect and provide. Thank you Lord that you got through my stupidity and thankfully, yes I responded to your calling and you saved me.
So Lord God, I plead to you on behalf of my lovely, gorgeous sister whose husband has gone off on a crazy tangent, making her life dreadful as she has to live with him, loving him but watching him suffer from an acute lack of you dear Lord. I pray for him Lord, please don't give up on him, whatever it takes Lord, please call louder and louder.
I pray to for our sister. Please Lord give her your wisdom to take control of their situation and be strong for the whole family. Please, please God give her a double helping of your Holy Spirit, wisdom, strength and a wonderful experience of you Lord. Be even more special as a provider, comforter, helper and guide, please reveal some more of your glory to her and in her,
Please Lord bring healing to that family Lord so that they can all focus upon what matters: you dear Lord.

My dear brother you are so kind and caring, I am humbled by the things you say, I look over my shoulder to see if you mean another person, I find it hard to take comments like these, I like to give but always find it hard to receive, I am a humble servant Andy.
I think back before I knew the Lord myself, if anyone ever called me sweet or lovely they may as well be dead. How the Lord takes us and our situations and changes us is unbelievable. (Whilst we are lost souls) It takes some swallowing, He takes our hearts of stone and molds them to a nice soft tender loving hearts, Amazing! We remain in awe brother.
But fortunately I am not that horrible, stone hearted idiot of the past, like you my friend, I am in Christ and Christ in me. Thanks be to God for that wonderful gift my friend.
Now to our very dear and much loved sister and her husband we pray...
Heavenly and most loving Father, we thank you for picking up the rubbish on this earth and turning us into loving caring souls, loving caring servants, thank you for making us disciples to do what we can for your Kingdom and bring you Glory.
I cannot help but ponder the thought in prayer Father, why would you look down on us and call us to be your servants, we were wretched individuals, wicked in our ways, scarlet in sins, yet you choose us, we do not choose you, you choose us because in us you see past the mask we wear, the image we create for ourselves, you see the heart, you don't want to see the bad part, you want to wash away our sins and remember them no more. Lord we not only thank you we praise you.
But your work is never in vain, you choose those who have suffered, suffered abuse of every nature, you put your spirit in the hearts of these souls to reach out to others in similar situations, because having experienced these things ourselves we are better placed to help others in the same situations. You are amazing Father.
Lord we pray for our dear sister, you know her well, she is our sister, you chose her from the beginning of creation, she is a wonderful lady Lord, a true servant, a dedicated believer in Yeshua our Lord, she has a strong faith Lord, but is now finding all the threats to her marriage to much to bare. She won't take her eyes from you Lord, her faith is build on the stone that is not rejected, will not be rejected. Praise her soul Lord.
We all come before you Lord in prayer, in faith, in agreement, in Jesus Name. We pray Lord for her husband, he is really mixed up inside, the devil is using him to get at his wife daily, attacking with terrible words and threads Lord, we know you know this but we have to share together, hear our prayers Lord, hear our cries for help, especially the cries of our dear sister who is constantly compounded with is comments to her.
Lord we know this is a spiritual battle, our sisters faith is so strong, her husband is involved in a cult trying to entice her to follow his beliefs. It will not happen Lord we know that, we Praise your Holy Name.
Lord we pray for her husbands salvation, the greatest of all miracles. Lord we pray the blood of Christ over our sister, her husband and their home, may they experience the peace of God that passeth all our understanding, may they experience the Love of God like never before, Lord may your light shine in their hearts and lives bind them together in your love. Lord we ask you to restore their relationship, as one body in marriage, may their love for one another and for you grow daily.
We stand in faith in agreement, we rejoice and give thanks for all you are doing and will do. To God be the Glory, in Jesus Holy and most Precious Name. Amen
