Have you herd about predestination It is the belife that God not only knows who will be saved but also chose them dont get me wrong he dosen't keep people from being in heavan but rather the gates are wide open and everyones running in the oppisite direction therfore in order that his glory is shown he choses people uncondisionally and places themn in situations that will result in them chosing God, but he still compleatly controls the situation. Romans 9

10Not only that, but Rebekah's children had one and the same father, our father Isaac. 11Yet, before the twins were born or had done anything good or bad—in order that God's purpose in election might stand: 12not by works but by him who calls—she was told, "The older will serve the younger."[d] 13Just as it is written: "Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated."[e]

14What then shall we say? Is God unjust? Not at all! 15For he says to Moses,
"I will have mercy on whom I have mercy,
and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion."[f] 16It does not, therefore, depend on man's desire or effort, but on God's mercy. 17For the Scripture says to Pharaoh: "I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display my power in you and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth."[g] 18Therefore God has mercy on whom he wants to have mercy, and he hardens whom he wants to harden.

I have 17 verses that support his belife in context if you'd like you can reply and I'll talk with you

It is also written:

Matthew 7:7-8 (KJV)
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

There are far too many versus that can argue your point to put them all here.

God has a special purpose in everything He has made. He has had a blessing in view for all His intelligent creatures. He has not been working in a hap-hazard manner, doubtful of the outcome of His plans and purposes, as it once seemed to us in
our ignorance. It is very comforting to know that our Heavenly Father has infinite wisdom and power, as well as infinite justice and love; and that His glorious purposes cannot be
thwarted or even delayed, but are grandly progressing to their completion. No opposition of man or demons can interfere with the glorious outworking of His great Plan of the Ages. Isa. 55:8-11; Eph. 1:9-12.

THE SECOND ADAM AND EVE

According to the Bible, our great Creator predetermined first the creation of various ranks of angels and then the creation of man. All this was accomplished through the Logos, our Lord Jesus Christ in His pre-human state, as the Father’s Agent. God knew that man would fall into sin. He knew that at the proper time He would send the Logos, His well-beloved Son, to redeem man. All this being known to God, He also foreknew that He would issue a special Call for a Church class to be associated with His Son as the Bride of Christ, for the judging, instructing and restoring of the race which that Son died to redeem.

THE BIBLE PREDESTINATION

This class is predestinated to be conformed to the image of God’s dear Son. This is a grand predestination. It rests with the individually whether or not they will conform themselves. In this same Epistle the Apostle says to the Church, “Be not conformed to this world; but be ye transformed, by the renewing of your minds, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.” (Rom. 12:2)
Nobody will be in that elect class who does not become conformed to the character likeness of God’s dear Son. This Church of Christ is completed. The predetermined
number—144,000—is filled up. Every one of them will surely be a copy of Christ in character.

When they consecrated themselves to the Lord through Christ, they made a covenant with God (Psa. 50:5), they were accepted through the merit of our great Substitute. Our Lord Jesus became their High Priest. They were begotten of God’s holy Spirit, and then became New Creatures (2 Cor. 5:17) To all such God guarantees that so long as they abide in Christ, they shall be kept; and that all things shall work together for their good. If
they remain faithful unto death, they shall have part in the first resurrection, Christ’s resurrection, as members of His glorious Body. (Rev. 2:6) If they keep their covenant of sacrifice, if they keep their sacrifice upon the altar until it is finally consumed, they shall surely win the crown of life—glory, honor and immortality. Keeping their covenant means to walk daily in the narrow way, to walk in the footsteps of Jesus. There were called the Little Flock.

But while Jesus had this general proclamation of deliverance for the world he had a special message to some--viz.: an invitation to those who would, to enter in at the strait gate and the narrow (difficult) way, and become with him joint heirs to "Glory, Honor and Immortality." Of this way he truly said--"Few there be that find it." And foreknowing that few would take up their cross and follow him, he called those who would do so and
thereby become heirs of the kingdom which God hath promised, a little flock-- saying: "Fear not little flock it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom." And this feature of Jesus' preaching is mentioned by the prophet--"To appoint [promise] unto them that mourn in Zion [the repentant] to give unto them...the oil of joy for the spirit of mourning; (this is the promise of the spirit to all who truly turn to God. Oil, is a symbol of the spirit. Thus the "little flock" is promised a share of the same anointing as their head--Jesus,) that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord that he
might be glorified. Thus did Jesus preach the "good news" in two parts--First to the
world a restitution of all things by a resurrection--illustrated by his miracles; and second--the great prize and blessing obtainable by those who will now walk in "the narrow way" illustrated in his own person, for he set us an example that we should walk in his footsteps.

Your sistes in Christ,

Pamy

Everyone is scared to death of this word, "predestination" and it causes quite a rift in our churches sometimes, but all it really means is that God knows who will accept Him and who will not, not that God would reject anyone who sincerely came to Him admitting their sin, turning from it, and asking for salvation.
