There are multiple scriptures talking about prophets.
(Examples......Ezekiel 33:33, Amos 3:7, Malachi 4:5)

Do you think that there is still a prophet to come?
Do you think that if a prophet comes he/she will go unnoticed?
Do you think it will be one prophet or multiple prophets?
Do you think the prophet could be a great leader?
Do you think that one prophet could unite the church before the second coming?

I would really enjoy hearing people's responses to these questions.
God Bless.

There are two prophets talked about in the Book of Revelation they are called witnesses.

Revelation 11
3 "And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth." 4 These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands standing before the God of the earth. 5 And if anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouth and devours their enemies. And if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this manner. 6 These have power to shut heaven, so that no rain falls in the days of their prophecy; and they have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with all plagues, as often as they desire. 7 When they finish their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit will make war against them, overcome them, and kill them. 8 And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

So yes there will be more prophets.

two witnesses

I am a pre-trib rapture believer. Do you think that the two witnesses will come after we are taken away?

If I'm not mistaken, the world doesn't like these two witnesses. They are left dead in the streets. This could mean that there are no believers around to agree with them.

I'm sure there will be a prophet before Jesus returns, but i'm just not sure about after. I know there is still a fair bit of time for those who will be left behind.

2 Thess. 2:5Don't you remember that I told you this while I was still with you? 6You already know what is holding this wicked one back until it is time for him to come. 7His mysterious power is already at work, but someone is holding him back. And the wicked one won't appear until that someone is out of the way. 8Then he will appear, but the Lord Jesus will kill him simply by breathing on him. He will be completely destroyed by the Lord's glorious return.

We can hold back the power of darkness with prayer and taking our authority over the enemy by the Spirit of God that is in us. Then when the Lord says it is time for him to be revealed ----------

A loud command and with the shout of the chief angel and a blast of God's trumpet, the Lord will return from heaven. Then those who had faith in Christ before they died will be raised to life. Next, all of us who are still alive will be taken up into the clouds together with them to meet the Lord in the sky. From that time on we will all be with the Lord forever. Encourage each other with these words. 1 Thess.4:16-18)

I am not a pre-trib rapture believer. I suppose you could call me a post-trib but pre-wrath believer. I would say that the two witnesses will be operating towards the end of the tribulation just before the wrath as a kind of last call to the people of the world.

Yes they will hate them and when they kill them all the world will see their bodies lying in the streets of Jerusalem for 3 days (you can do that now we have modern instant communications and media) and they will celebrate their deaths. I do not believe there will be many believers left in the world at that time most will have been killed for their faith in Jesus. Most of the people in the world will think that the Anti-christ is the returned Messiah they will think he is God.
