The Quran surah 3:45 says
"O Mary, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary - distinguished in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near [to Allah ].
So anyone who dishonours Jesus is being disobedient to the Quran.

ALL Religions have Rules, Practices, Rituals and rewards for doing good.
True Christianity is not a religion, though it has been made one by some denominations, and called one by the media who don't know the difference.
No other religion has a saviour, no other religion has a triune God.
Only Christianity has a Saviour, Christ died for our sins, only Christianity has a triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Christianity is not based on works to obtain salvation, salvation is a FREE GIFT through Jesus Christ
Below are some examples between Islam and Christianity
Notice the extremes, terrible penalty, great reward, teachers of Islam assign credits to deeds, unthinkable of abandoning credits.

No Savior, but Mercy Is Possible
In Islam, there is no savior. That is not to say salvation is impossible, for Allah is merciful and compassionate. He can always forgive—for Allah's will is supreme—but He is primarily the judge. There are many descriptive warnings about hellfire and punishment in the Quran.
Judgment Day: A Motivation to Righteous Deeds
All men should fear Judgment Day, in which each person's deeds will be weighed on a scale. "Recording angels" keep a list of every deed, both good and bad. Islamic teachers assign credits to deeds related to the pillars of Islam. It is unthinkable for many Muslims to abandon their accumulation of credits and trust a Savior.
Guarantee of Paradise?
Muslim terrorists manipulate the Quran to suggest that paradise is guaranteed for jihad martyrs. Most Muslim scholars and leaders reject the terrorists' definitions of jihad and martyrdom.
Compare with Christianity
Judgment Day
Christians believe that after death, all people await the final Judgment when both believers and unbelievers will be resurrected. All will be judged according to the deeds they have done, but believers will be saved because God removed the record that contained the charges against them. He destroyed it by nailing it to the cross of Jesus. (Colossians 2:14) This would remove the list of bad deeds kept by any Muslim's "recording angel."
The Gift of Salvation
Even if one's list of good deeds outweighed their list of bad deeds, it would not make them acceptable to God. The Bible says this would only cause boasting and pride, as though someone could impress God by their good deeds. (Ephesians 2:8-10) Instead God has credited us with the righteousness of Christ, so salvation is a gift, not earned by anyone, not even martyrs, but bought with a great price (Jesus' blood).
A Renewed Relationship With God
In addition to this great gift, God the Father adopts those He saves into His family so they may live with Jesus in Heaven. To be saved involves being "born again" into a new relationship with God. (John 3:5)

1. It is only allowed, not obligated. So those men who are content with one wife can live happily without committing a sin. Those who are able to control this desire, are discouraged from polygamy because it comes with a heavy burden of having to ensure justice and equality between wives, which if it is not achieved will result in sin and punishment on the Day of Judgement. Islam makes it an obligation on the husband to spend sufficient time with their wife. This is one of the rights of a wife upon her husband in Islam, and nothing justifies taking it away from her, not even spending the time in worship and prayer. Islam also makes it obligatory upon men to treat their wives with the utmost respect, dignity and love.

3. The one issue that I know even many Muslims battle with is the 100 virgins promised in heaven.

It is easy to worship the devil, we all did so before we were saved.
The Muslim's are brought up in the faith from children, we are muslim's we do this, Allah is our God.
How many Christian families are brought up as born again families should be. Not many.
The western culture doesn't help, most go their own way in life, whereas the muslim's take care of their families, from babies to old age and death.

Muslims follow the law of Moses. This is 100% opposition to the ways of the devil. We draw near to God by hating what is evil Rom 12:9, James 4:8. We reject the light / Jesus / God by loving what is evil John 3:19. Following the laws of Moses equate to one being after the heart of God.
Would you say it is better to be brought up Muslim or abandoned with no teaching of Godliness?

True but in the western world brides won't say they will obey their husbands, husbands do not know their duty to the wife, no wonder there are so many divorces.
But Christian men and women, as husband and wife, should also take note of the following scripture before they are married...
Ephesians 5:22-33 (NKJV)

Jesus says if you are not for me you are against me. If God is not your father the devil is.
Out of context brother. What I was doing was comparing the western worlds, lack of care of families and the older family member, compared to Islam, and none Islam, eastern world ways, where they do care for families, from babies, to parents, grand-parents, great grand-parents up to them dying.

Outside of them not believing Jesus is Lord Isa 9:6, I would say the most pertinent question I can think of is:
Why would God, a God who does not make mistakes, send 52 prophets to the Jews and then only 1, who happens to be the final 1, to them?

Just because islam has 'another' Jesus doesn't mean they honor Jesus Christ. (2 Cor. 11:4) That is not honor. It is blasphemous. They have another god, Allah. Allah is not God. They have another heaven, not the heaven of the Bible. All of which is the problem in building any sort of bridge from Christ to islam. Just as Don Richardson has said.
You bring up Jesus and they will tell you yes, we know about Jesus. Read here in the koran all about him. But you the Christian believe wrongly about Jesus. The koran is the final word of their god. Not the Bible.

You are correct in what you say my friend
Except just to clarify your point of another Jesus. Jesus was a popular name at the time of our Lord's ministry on earth, they don't recognise another Jesus as you state, but they do recognise there was a Jesus Christ, as a prophet, a lesser prophet than muhammad, one cannot help but wonder if he was introduced into their writings so they can say they now about Jesus. They do not know Jesus Christ as we do, or as the Bible states, they only know from their own writing and teaching.

A counterfeit is recognized only by knowing the real thing. Likewise, discussion about quran or any other 'holy book' and the followers or adherents of such will never bring truth to anyone searching and needing truth.
