In John 3:14 Jesus explained to Nicodemus the meaning of being born again and how he can be born again - the only thing man must do is look upon the serpent on the pole who is Jesus on the cross. Then the Spirit of God makes us born again by blowing upon us like the wind. Whoever believes on Him is NOT condemned (to hell with the world) and this is all that is necessary to get into Heaven ( John 3:18, John 6:29).

I'm not sure if that is correct james as jesus said we must be baptized by water and by spirit,he also said that those who believe and are baptized shall be saved (mark 16:16) and in matthew he said we should do the things he said in order to make it into the kingdom of heaven (matthew 7:21-27)
