Also you could switch from coffee to Black Tea and from Black Tea to Green Tea, etc . Maybe you like a lot of caffeine because your Vitamin B-12 levels are low. Supplementation could help but make sure is the Methylcobalamin.

Moringa and Chlorella could also help.
