Revelation 10, the mighty angel is the last angel to sound, the last Trump.

I believe this 7th and last angel to sound off is Michael the archangel.

Notice Paul says in
1 Thessalonians 4:16
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:”

We know Michael is called the archangel in scripture.

Jude 1:9
Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

And we know right before the ressurection of the dead in Christ Michael stands up to help God’s saints.

Daniel 12:1-2

What his name is,really isnt important. But the job he was given.
Planting his foot on land and sea,he is hereby claiming or reclaiming the earth for Christ.
I believe(think)that little book that has the seals, is the title deed.

What has always intrigued me,is that everyone hones in on the seals and their meaning.

I don’t think it’s all good news, because it becomes bitter in the belly.

Revelation 10:9-10

10 And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.”

I don’t think it’s all good news, because it becomes bitter in the belly.

I believe its the judgements that are written there in that made his belly bitter.

These are wonderful biblical enigmas.

he really is an arch-angel. By the way, It was/ is he who was sent by our Lord JESUS to the isle of Patmos to reveal all things which were written in the sealed book with seven seals, which were broken by our Lord JESUS, and revealed unto us through the anchangel and was written by John the Apostle-Revelation 1:19-20.
"from heaven" - what heaven?
Scriptures reveals were created the 1st, 2nd and 3rd heavens, and the heaven of the heavens. In fact, the "mighty angel" came from the 3rd heaven. ---> Revelation 4:1- After this I looked, and, behold, a door was OPENED in heaven(the 3rd, that is the NEXT heaven to be established from now on-Luke 20:35-36): and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a Trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

The cloud reveals the personal presence of GOD. Exodus 13:21-22
21 And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night:
22 He took not away the pillar of the cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from before the people.
Exodus 14:19
19 And the angel of GOD (in fact, an archangel), which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud (GOD's presence) went from before their face, and stood behind them: (as you above wrote --> I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud...)

(How could a rainbow appear upon his head?
It is because he was clothed with a cloud as you quoted above , and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire: By the way, he had /has also seven eyes, which are the seven-7-Spirits of GOD sent forth into all the earth-Revelation 5:6. And the 7 Spirits of GOD are 7 lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of GOD.
The light of the 7 lamps of fire caused the appearance of the rainbow upon the head of the archangel -mighty angel- clothed with a cloud. It's wonderful!!!

Revelation 4:2-3
2 - John saw a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne, and there was a rainbow round about the throne.
3 - And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

If you look at the imagery above one could say the imagery looks a lot like that of Christ as shown in scripture as well. But that is because both Christ and Michael have the glory of God upon them.
The name Michael means “who is like God”. So you could say Michaels image above is one who is like God. As it is also written Christ is the express image of the invisible God.

But the image of God in Jesus Christ can also be shown in the imagery of many of the saints who are Christ like.

Like the woman who is clothed with the Sun. And the saints who face did shine by the glory of God that was upon them, like Moses.

Also Gods angels and saints are shown as clouds, as Jesus ascended up to heaven in a cloud, and it is prophesied that Christ shall return with, and also in the clouds of heaven.

Paul revealed this mystery when he said, we are surrounded by a great cloud of witness.

So as God spoke to Moses in the cloud, God also speaks to His people by this great cloud of witness.

Acts 7:38
This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angelwhich spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us:

Acts 7:53
Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.

What is interesting about this is, It is written God made his angels spirits, and His ministers a flame of fire.

Paul tells us in Hebrews…

“But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?

14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?”

We know by the above that Jesus Christ is not an Angel. And also that the angels, who are like clouds carrying the Living waters, come forth to minister to Gods elect.

God also said he made His ministers a flame of fire.

Hebrews 1:7
And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire

So to me God guiding the children of Israel by the pillar of a cloud by day, and a pillar of fire by night, was a similitude of spiritual things to come.

Notice what Jesus says below..

Revelation 3:12
Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.”

So I find it all very interesting.

No problem, what matters and prevails is the Word of GOD, the Word is GOD, self-executing.

Anyway, I posted there in that thread my interpretation according my vision within the Word of GOD. By the way, what I preach and write it is by the two witnesses of GOD, by the Spirit of Christ. JESUS said: John 5:26-27
