O.K. I don't actually know where this thread is supposed to be but I thought I would put it here seeing that more people read these threads...either way lets go.
GOD taught me a lot over the past 4 years and I mean, from where I have been to where I am now and the knowledge God gave me (completely humble and greatful) it's such a great difference. Now this one conversation I had with God, basicly just Him talking to me made a difference in my life...
Use this either way you want as long as you understand it you will find a benefit from it. (P.S. English is not my first language in case you were wondering about spelling and grammar.:embarasse )
As I was driving I listened to a sermon on the radio and came down to this:
When you give your life Christ, invite Him in your heart, become reborn, you go through aperiod in your life known as a schooling period where God teaches you a lot of new things...about yourself, your new found life and also your future. Now God at times show you what He wants and already has planned for you and during these times, because we are new to it, we tend to want to grab everything we possibly can and use it where possible...which isn't wrong. The only problem though is, it might not be the right time. God shows us these things and teaches us so that we can grow into it and ready ourselves to use it properly and not waste it or have it loose its actual meaning and worth in our lives and in the end in God's Kingdom.
It's like this, when you were young you were meant to drive a car because you saw that it was what you needed to do, now imagine you wanted the keys of the car then, you would most probably crash your parents' car, because you didn't have the appropriate knowledge. Understand?
Therefore we should wait on God's time... He has a season for us all and we don't have just one season in our lives, believe me I have been through many of which I will gladly share if you're interested. So take the season in which God teaces you something new and ask Him to lead you through His Holy Spirit so that you know when to apply it in your life and ministry...yes we all have a ministry no matter how small or big it means a lot to God.
