"Security Blanket"

[HEAVENSOUND]

Do any of you at TJ have something that makes you feel safe ???? A blanket,a stuffed animal,maybe even a certain pare of pajamas. I have something I like to snuggle at night,but thats not what I want to talk about.What I want you all to know is that even though those things make us feel better,we don't need them to feel safe. Jesus protects us everyday.He watches us and sends angels to be with us,He even watches us when we are a sleep.WOWIsn't that a loving God,that He would watch over us everyday and night of our life??? Jesus is like our security blanket that we hold on to everyday!!!!!!!

wow i never seen it that way...i dont really have any thing that makes me feel safe...
thats a really good thought...i like it and the cool thing about it...it really TRUE!!!!!

I totally agree with you. I am so amazed at stupid things I do, and walk away from things unscathed. I might come out with a scrath, whereas other ppl might come out with a broken limb or something. I Praise God for the protection He has over us, its a great thing.

Well @ least now i know that i am not the only one that has some form of Security blanket or any thgin... LOL

i have a pillow lol... like just any pillow really i feel the need to be hugging somethign... LOL LOL a blanket or a pet or food even LOL... LOL that makes me feel safe holdign on to somethign.

but yeah i agree with what you said... but as if we all have things that make us feel Secure it is somethgin to Hold on to, physically... LOL but Jesus he holds us Spiritually and Emotionally... LOL but that is still such a warm feelign i liek it...

If i can turn your question around a little, well i know when i dont feel safe and thats when i dont have the bible by my side, as i travel alot, i feel so much safer with the living word by my side.
