seeking help from mods

Hi there. Not sure where else to put this so I'm hoping someone will forward this request on to the appropriate person.

I'm currently having a lot of tension with another poster in the chat room. This poster has repeatedly posted accusations against me. I've tried to discuss these tensions with that person one on one, but I feel it is going no where and we need help in the form of 2 or 3 other witnesses to moderate.

Please advise on how to move forward with this. Thanks.

Simply be nice. Tell this person you are sorry if you have offended them in anyway, and attempt to resolve it.

If they will not, just walk away. It is the internet, it has many hazards, and some situations are just not worth indigestion.

If you cannot get along, do them no harm, intend them no ill will, just walk away. If they attack you, ignore it. Let it go. Soon they will go away.

It takes two to fuss..........if one will not fuss, then there is no fuss.

i aint a mod but i had the same problem. instead of being a vessel of anger or hurt be a vessel of love. what i did was what my momma always told me to do. kill em with kindness. the bible says to love your enemys. and that if your enemy is hungry feed them and if they are thirsty to give them drink. it continues to say its equal to heaping hot coals on thier head.
needless to say i dont have the same problem anymore. they wont even respond to me now. and to think at first i was upset enough to not come back to this site.
