Serious Accident.... child in critical condition

This sent shudders through me.....

Very close to our home yesterday there was a terrible accident.
Two cars crashed and one veered onto the pavement hitting a young mother and her 6 year old child.

The dear little child was airlifted to a larger hospital in the city and is in a critical condition with multiple head and chest injuries.
The mother sustained less serious injuries was taken to our small local hospital

Please pray for all involved....mother, child, families. Also for the two drivers.

You know all things dear Lord and hear our prayers.

There haven't been any further official news reports.

However, I understand from a colleague that this dear six year old boy is still critical in a coma.
