There has always been pestilences, there always will be, some may be mild, some severe, some having a cure and some not.
Scripture tells us clearly... There WILL BE and INCREASE in PESTLENCES
We are very fortunate that a vaccine, that many vaccines have been created so quickly, note, with the talents given to certain people by God.
Where we are most unfortunate is the evil and scaremonger that is around, along with fear (which always comes from the devil). Social media and the internet being a big source, in a world of high speed communication, good and bad.
If anything, data should prove to people, the only way the virus can be controlled is with the vaccine, when it wasn't there the infections and hospitalisation and deaths was high, once the vaccine started to increase, the number of infections and fatalities reduced (Not so in countries that were not prepared and do not have the vaccines)
So far, more than 41 million people have had a first vaccine dose - 78% of the adult population - and almost 30 million have had a second.
It is also clear to see, I think, that once restrictions have been lifted the infections have started to shoot up rapidly, it is only by an effective vaccine, worldwide that the pestilence will be controlled. Meanwhile under developed countries, highly populated countries, and those where extended families are housed together, children, parents, gran parents, great gran parents, are most vulnerable, a common factor with Asian countries. Another issue which is clear from data is cities and highly populated town, places with lots of multiple occupation are also breeding grounds for the virus.
What will happen if the large majority of the world doesn't have the virus, it will continue to spread, it will continue to create suffering, it will continue to take lives. Meanwhile, the virus mutates, the first wave was bad, but was mild compared to the second, the Kent variant, and the Brazilian variant. But then we saw the third variant, the Indian variant, more infections that those prior to it, each time the variant comes back with vengeance in a slightly different way. Scripture says there WILL be and INCREASE in PESTILENCES.
It is summer in the UK, last year we saw figures drop in the summer but raised sharply in autumn and winter, this summer has seen a massive drop in infections until the Indian variant raised it's head, the issues are mainly in pockets of the country, large cities and the north west, the north west was always a milling country, it attracted over the years, Indian, Pakistani people who would work in factories, things have changed but these groups still live in these areas, and as said earlier, they are the ones who live together in extended families. The more people come together data shows, the bigger the risk of infection, social distances has helped but the big help has been the roll out of the vaccine, and this will be the government and health services push to get as many people as possible vaccinated before the autumn and winter.
I had the two jabs and I do have issues with drugs, I prayed and was at peace, my wife has had them, our family in various parts of the country have had them. Some people have a day or a couple of days of side effects, those who had the flu jab also tell me it had side effects.
