Sin who has the power to forgive sin, that a person may be washed clean?

Seems some here suggest we ourselfs have this power? I wonder what scripture we have to support this? I know of one denomination teaches that the priest has this power all we have to do is confess our sin to the priest and we are forgiven.

But does he or anyone have the power to brake strongholds that make people a slave to sin?

lol. Yeah those people believe they can forgive others sins. I don’t see why they think they need Christ. If they can clean others,just forgive yourself
