The situation that you're in
Is one that you have fashioned
Despite the warnings you received
Your brain cell has been rationed
So now you cry out to a God
Who tried His very best
To save you from the consequence
Of being so distressed.

You saw no harm in what you did
It was a simple choice
Do you value what you have
Or listen to a voice
That said that it was harmless
To taste the fruits of sin
How you wish you'd shut your ears
And let The Spirit in.
