I am on day five its not easy it has made me very nasty and I have cursed. It is a lot harder then I ever imagined. I am surprized it hasn't got easier yet. I am trying but its hard. I have had 4 smokes in 5 days. Prayer is the only thing that seems to help. To be honest I don't know if I can do it. All prayers in this matter will be appreciated. I know that this is as important as some other posts for prayer but I am desperate

Everyone has their own personal challenges.

No person is different from another,.

Even JESUS was faced with bowing out from saving the entire human race.

Nothing is easy, particularly a physical addiction.

Nicotine is a physical addiction , as are many drugs.

You must replace the physical with the SPIRITUAL.

BE ADDICTED TO JESUS CHRIST.

NO PHYSICAL ADDICTION CAN OVERCOME THIS !

Use nicotine gum and prayer...the prayer works, just a little help with the gum wont hurt. You could also drop the cigs and get some Herbal Smokes, they sell them at smoke shops, they have no nicotine in them...do this and the gum. You need to get the nicotine out of your system.
